青島科技大學環(huán)境與安全工程學院膜分離與環(huán)境資源化團隊為進一步優(yōu)化團隊結構,深化酶工程與發(fā)酵工程相關方向布局,提升科研創(chuàng)新能力與產學研協同水平,現面向海內外公開招聘科研人員1名。根據應聘者學術水平、科研成果及綜合能力,擇優(yōu)聘任為博士后、講師、副教授或教授。 一、招聘崗位與層次 本次招聘實行“按需聘任、一人一議”,不唯職稱,更重視科研實力與發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br /> 1. 教授 在酶工程、發(fā)酵工程等相關領域具有較深厚的學術積累和較為突出的代表性成果,具備明確穩(wěn)定的研究方向和良好的學術影響力,符合學校高層次人才引進條件,能夠協同推動團隊科研發(fā)展與產學研融合,提升學術與行業(yè)影響力。 2. 副教授 在相關研究方向具有扎實的科研基礎和一定代表性成果,具備獨立開展科研工作的能力,符合學校相應層次人才引進條件,具有良好的團隊協作意識和成果轉化意識。 3. 博士后 / 講師 原則上年齡不超過35周歲,近三年內獲得博士學位,具備較強的科研潛力和獨立開展研究的能力;有實驗體系搭建或工程實踐經驗者優(yōu)先。博士后需符合學校博士后入站基本要求并全職在站開展研究工作。 二、招聘專業(yè)方向 核心方向: 酶工程、發(fā)酵工程 相關方向: 生物工程、生物化工、微生物工程、合成生物學等。具有交叉學科背景或愿意開展交叉合作,能夠融入團隊整體發(fā)展規(guī)劃者優(yōu)先考慮。 三、崗位支持與保障 依托 青島科技大學 人才引進與培養(yǎng)政策,提供良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境與保障條件: 1. 薪酬待遇 按照學校同類崗位標準執(zhí)行,提供具有競爭力的年薪及績效待遇;根據層次享受相應安家費、住房補貼及相關福利。博士后可享受學校及地方相關配套政策。 2. 科研支持 提供科研啟動經費,開放學校及學院科研平臺與實驗室資源;支持申報國家、省、市各類科研項目及人才計劃,提供全過程服務與協助。 3. 發(fā)展空間 建立清晰的職業(yè)發(fā)展通道,支持參加國內外學術交流與進修培訓;符合條件者可優(yōu)先推薦參與相關學科建設與團隊發(fā)展工作。 4. 生活保障 符合條件者可協助辦理子女入學、配偶安置及人才公寓申請等事宜,具體按學校及地方政策執(zhí)行。 四、應聘方式 請將以下材料打包發(fā)送至指定郵箱,郵件標題注明“姓名-聘任層次-專業(yè)方向”: 1. 個人簡歷(含學習工作經歷、代表性成果等); 2. 代表性科研成果證明材料; 3. 個人簡述(研究方向與發(fā)展規(guī)劃簡述)。 聯系方式: 張老師:zhangyang@qust.edu.cn Position Overview The College of Environment and Safety Engineering at Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) invites applications for one full-time research position in Enzyme Engineering and Fermentation Engineering. Appointment rank is flexible and will be determined based on the candidate's academic achievements, research experience, and overall qualifications. Successful applicants may be appointed as: Professor/Associate Professor/Postdoctoral Researcher We value research strength, innovation potential, and collaborative spirit over rigid title requirements. Primary Focus: Enzyme Engineering/Fermentation Engineering Related Areas: Biochemical Engineering/Microbial Engineering/Synthetic Biology/Bio-based Process Engineering Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds or strong interest in cross-disciplinary collaboration are particularly encouraged to apply.
