青島科技大學(xué)環(huán)境與安全工程學(xué)院膜分離與環(huán)境資源化團(tuán)隊(duì)為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)，深化酶工程與發(fā)酵工程相關(guān)方向布局，提升科研創(chuàng)新能力與產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同水平，現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開招聘科研人員1名。根據(jù)應(yīng)聘者學(xué)術(shù)水平、科研成果及綜合能力，擇優(yōu)聘任為博士后、講師、副教授或教授。 一、招聘崗位與層次 本次招聘實(shí)行“按需聘任、一人一議”，不唯職稱，更重視科研實(shí)力與發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br /> 1. 教授 在酶工程、發(fā)酵工程等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域具有較深厚的學(xué)術(shù)積累和較為突出的代表性成果，具備明確穩(wěn)定的研究方向和良好的學(xué)術(shù)影響力，符合學(xué)校高層次人才引進(jìn)條件，能夠協(xié)同推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)科研發(fā)展與產(chǎn)學(xué)研融合，提升學(xué)術(shù)與行業(yè)影響力。 2. 副教授 在相關(guān)研究方向具有扎實(shí)的科研基礎(chǔ)和一定代表性成果，具備獨(dú)立開展科研工作的能力，符合學(xué)校相應(yīng)層次人才引進(jìn)條件，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)和成果轉(zhuǎn)化意識(shí)。 3. 博士后 / 講師 原則上年齡不超過(guò)35周歲，近三年內(nèi)獲得博士學(xué)位，具備較強(qiáng)的科研潛力和獨(dú)立開展研究的能力；有實(shí)驗(yàn)體系搭建或工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。博士后需符合學(xué)校博士后入站基本要求并全職在站開展研究工作。 二、招聘專業(yè)方向 核心方向： 酶工程、發(fā)酵工程 相關(guān)方向： 生物工程、生物化工、微生物工程、合成生物學(xué)等。具有交叉學(xué)科背景或愿意開展交叉合作，能夠融入團(tuán)隊(duì)整體發(fā)展規(guī)劃者優(yōu)先考慮。 三、崗位支持與保障 依托 青島科技大學(xué) 人才引進(jìn)與培養(yǎng)政策，提供良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境與保障條件： 1. 薪酬待遇 按照學(xué)校同類崗位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行，提供具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的年薪及績(jī)效待遇；根據(jù)層次享受相應(yīng)安家費(fèi)、住房補(bǔ)貼及相關(guān)福利。博士后可享受學(xué)校及地方相關(guān)配套政策。 2. 科研支持 提供科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)，開放學(xué)校及學(xué)院科研平臺(tái)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室資源；支持申報(bào)國(guó)家、省、市各類科研項(xiàng)目及人才計(jì)劃，提供全過(guò)程服務(wù)與協(xié)助。 3. 發(fā)展空間 建立清晰的職業(yè)發(fā)展通道，支持參加國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)交流與進(jìn)修培訓(xùn)；符合條件者可優(yōu)先推薦參與相關(guān)學(xué)科建設(shè)與團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展工作。 4. 生活保障 符合條件者可協(xié)助辦理子女入學(xué)、配偶安置及人才公寓申請(qǐng)等事宜，具體按學(xué)校及地方政策執(zhí)行。 四、應(yīng)聘方式 請(qǐng)將以下材料打包發(fā)送至指定郵箱，郵件標(biāo)題注明“姓名-聘任層次-專業(yè)方向”： 1. 個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷（含學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷、代表性成果等）； 2. 代表性科研成果證明材料； 3. 個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)述（研究方向與發(fā)展規(guī)劃簡(jiǎn)述）。 聯(lián)系方式： 張老師：zhangyang@qust.edu.cn Position Overview The College of Environment and Safety Engineering at Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) invites applications for one full-time research position in Enzyme Engineering and Fermentation Engineering. Appointment rank is flexible and will be determined based on the candidate's academic achievements, research experience, and overall qualifications. Successful applicants may be appointed as: Professor/Associate Professor/Postdoctoral Researcher We value research strength, innovation potential, and collaborative spirit over rigid title requirements. Primary Focus: Enzyme Engineering/Fermentation Engineering Related Areas: Biochemical Engineering/Microbial Engineering/Synthetic Biology/Bio-based Process Engineering Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds or strong interest in cross-disciplinary collaboration are particularly encouraged to apply.
