導(dǎo)師簡(jiǎn)介 Dr. Bingchen Yu于2014年畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)藥學(xué)院,獲得藥學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2018年在佐治亞州立大學(xué)化學(xué)系獲得有機(jī)化學(xué)與藥物化學(xué)博士學(xué)位。自2019年起,他先后在佐治亞州立大學(xué)和加州大學(xué)舊金山分校從事博士后研究。2023年,他加入佐治亞州立大學(xué)化學(xué)系,擔(dān)任助理教授。Dr. Yu 實(shí)驗(yàn)室有現(xiàn)有兩個(gè)NIH funding,科研資金充足。 迄今為止,Dr. Yu在包括Nature Chemistry, Chem, JACS, Angewandte Chemie和Chemical Science 在內(nèi)的高影響因子學(xué)術(shù)期刊上,以第一作者或共同作者身份發(fā)表了40篇論文,其研究成果被引用近2000次,展現(xiàn)了他在有藥物化學(xué),化學(xué)生物學(xué)和蛋白藥物領(lǐng)域的卓越貢獻(xiàn)。 于老師對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室成員給予精準(zhǔn)指導(dǎo)。 無論是實(shí)驗(yàn)遇到瓶頸時(shí)的鼓勵(lì),還是未來職業(yè)發(fā)展的建議,他總是傾盡全力地支持。更難得的是,他愿意花時(shí)間傾聽實(shí)驗(yàn)室成員的想法,尊重每個(gè)人的獨(dú)立性,讓實(shí)驗(yàn)室充滿了自由探索的氛圍。 課題組網(wǎng)站:https://www.bingchenyu-lab.org/ https://cas.gsu.edu/profile/bingchen-yu/ Dr. Bingchen Yu graduated from the School of Pharmacy, Shandong University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, and obtained his Ph.D. in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry at Georgia State University (GSU) in 2018. Since 2019, he has conducted postdoctoral research at both Georgia State University and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). In 2023, he joined the Department of Chemistry at Georgia State University as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Yu’s laboratory currently holds two NIH grants, ensuring strong research funding support. To date, Dr. Yu has published 40 peer-reviewed papers as first or co-author in high-impact journals such as Nature Chemistry, Chem, Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS), Angewandte Chemie, and Chemical Science. His work has been cited nearly 2,000 times, demonstrating his outstanding contributions to medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, and protein therapeutics. Dr. Yu is not only an exceptional scholar but also an inspiring mentor. He provides precise and thoughtful guidance to his lab members—offering encouragement when experiments face challenges and valuable advice for career development. Remarkably, he devotes time to listening to his team’s ideas and respects everyone’s independence, fostering a lab atmosphere full of curiosity and freedom for exploration. 研究方向 1. 利用擴(kuò)展密碼子技術(shù)結(jié)合鄰近觸發(fā)反應(yīng)機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)蛋白的共價(jià)交聯(lián),用于深入研究蛋白-蛋白、蛋白-糖以及蛋白-RNA相互作用機(jī)制。 2. 通過設(shè)計(jì)并優(yōu)化小分子探針,探索和解析蛋白-蛋白相互作用的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能關(guān)系。 3. 藥物化學(xué)?共《舅幬镆约半x子通道激活劑開發(fā)。 4. 新型高通量藥物篩選平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)。 實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究課題高度學(xué)科交叉,涉及有機(jī)化學(xué),分子生物學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)等多種學(xué)科。 1. Developing covalent protein crosslinking strategies by combining genetic code expansion and proximity-enabled reaction mechanisms. 2. Designing and optimizing small-molecule probes to elucidate structure–function relationships in protein–protein interactions. 3. Medicinal chemistry: development of antiviral drugs and ion channel activators. 4. Design and development of novel high-throughput drug screening platforms. Facilities in the Yu lab include LC-MS/HPLC, multiple automated chromatography systems, PCR machines, Nanodrop, imaging systems, and biosafety cabinets.
