一、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹 “可持續(xù)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)與技術(shù)”實(shí)驗(yàn)室（https://tomcwanger.wixsite.com/sat-lab） 旨在通過(guò)現(xiàn)有和新型農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)為不斷增長(zhǎng)的人口提供食物、能源和纖維，以實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)，為解決全球主要挑戰(zhàn)之一做出貢獻(xiàn)。作為一個(gè)追求卓越的國(guó)際團(tuán)隊(duì)，我們采用新技術(shù)新方法，并基于創(chuàng)新思維開(kāi)展多學(xué)科合作，從（農(nóng)業(yè)）生態(tài)學(xué)、人工智能到經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等等。我們鼓勵(lì)在中國(guó)以及國(guó)際上的各種合作。 目前正在推進(jìn)一個(gè)全球項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)，以評(píng)估不同作物生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)（如可可和水稻）對(duì)環(huán)境和人類的景觀層面影響。除了新的自動(dòng)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)方法，特別像是生物多樣性監(jiān)測(cè)外，我們還對(duì)氣候變化下農(nóng)業(yè)管理對(duì)人類健康和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的影響感興趣，希望利用傳感器、可再生能源技術(shù)和人工智能來(lái)解決糧食與能源之間的關(guān)系。 農(nóng)業(yè)和生態(tài)學(xué)依靠高通量技術(shù)來(lái)準(zhǔn)確監(jiān)測(cè)影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和生物多樣性的動(dòng)物和環(huán)境驅(qū)動(dòng)因素。我們需要能測(cè)量這些因素并了解它們的影響過(guò)程，并最終優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)和自然景觀。 二、招聘崗位 1. 科研助理 1名 基于軟件的聲學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè)：聲景的管理和注解。這是一個(gè)遠(yuǎn)程工作職位，需要穩(wěn)定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接。如果能來(lái)杭州工作，可以考慮應(yīng)聘第二個(gè)科研助理崗位。 工作職責(zé)： 1） 使用在線生態(tài)聲學(xué)軟件來(lái)管理聲景收集 (https://biosounds.uni-goettingen.de/） 2） 與世界各地的專家合作，對(duì)不同生物群落（陸地、海洋、淡水）的聲音記錄進(jìn)行在線注釋，以辨別確定人類、生物和地質(zhì)方面的聲音。 3） 參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作（包括組會(huì)、研討會(huì)等） 4） 根據(jù)需要支持其他工作 5） 成為sat實(shí)驗(yàn)室的積極分子 應(yīng)聘條件： 1） 擁有環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)位（包括生物學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、環(huán)境管理等），并對(duì)相關(guān)技術(shù)課題有興趣。 2） 愿意遠(yuǎn)程工作 3） 有良好的組織能力和責(zé)任感 4） 高效的溝通能力并且熟練掌握英語(yǔ) 2. 科研助理1名 基于軟件的聲監(jiān)測(cè)，自動(dòng)化生物多樣性采樣的硬件開(kāi)發(fā)。 工作職責(zé)： 1）現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試監(jiān)測(cè)生物多樣性的嵌入式機(jī)器視覺(jué)攝像機(jī)； 2）采購(gòu)零件和組裝相機(jī)； 3）使用在線生態(tài)聲學(xué)軟件對(duì)聲音記錄進(jìn)行注釋； 4）成為sat實(shí)驗(yàn)室的積極分子。 應(yīng)聘條件： 1）擁有環(huán)境科學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷（生物學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、環(huán)境管理等），并對(duì)相關(guān)技術(shù)課題有興趣的人； 2）或擁有技術(shù)領(lǐng)域（it、電子、工程等）本科及以上學(xué)歷，并對(duì)相關(guān)的環(huán)境主題有興趣； 3）良好的中英文語(yǔ)言能力； 4）積極主動(dòng)，在工作中出色表現(xiàn)，融入跨學(xué)科和國(guó)際團(tuán)體。 三、薪酬待遇 根據(jù)西湖大學(xué)相關(guān)規(guī)定以及申請(qǐng)人工作能力，實(shí)驗(yàn)室將提供有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪資，具體待遇面議。候選人應(yīng)能很好地在團(tuán)隊(duì)中度里工作，并融入一個(gè)跨學(xué)科地國(guó)際團(tuán)隊(duì)中�？梢詠�(lái)杭州，參與線下實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作，可享受五險(xiǎn)一金及西湖大學(xué)的相關(guān)福利。 開(kāi)始日期：盡快。 四、應(yīng)聘方式 1） 報(bào)名時(shí)間：直到錄取人滿為止，有意應(yīng)聘者請(qǐng)從速投遞應(yīng)聘材料。 2） 申請(qǐng)材料：請(qǐng)將英文版的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷、求職信、研究興趣的簡(jiǎn)短摘要，簡(jiǎn)歷，證書(shū)，以及兩位潛在的推薦人信息（包括姓名及電子郵件地址）發(fā)送至thomas cherico wanger教授（tomcwanger@westlake.edu.cn）和kevin f.a. darras博士（kdarras@westlake.edu.cn）的郵箱,郵件標(biāo)題及附件簡(jiǎn)歷命名方式為：應(yīng)聘崗位-本人姓名。 research assistant position ╟ acoustic ecosystem monitoring (remote work) 1. introduction about the lab the ‘sustainability, agriculture, and technology’ (https://tomcwanger.wixsite.com/sat-lab) lab aims to contribute towards solving one of the main global challenges: to provide food, fibre, and energy sustainably in existing and new agricultural production systems. as an international team striving for excellence, our work is global, we embrace new technologies and methods, and collaborate openly across disciplines ranging from (agro)ecology to artificial intelligence and economics just to name a few. we have and encourage collaborations in china and internationally. agriculture and ecology rely on high-throughput technologies to accurately monitor animals and environmental drivers that affect the production of agricultural commodities and our biodiversity capital. we need to be able to measure those to understand how they affect us and ultimately, to optimise our agricultural and natural landscapes. 2. research assistant position ╟ photo & audio automated ecosystem monitoring software-based acoustic monitoring: management and annotation of soundscapes. this is a remote working position that requires a stable internet connection. if however, you can move and work in hangzhou, consider the offer “photo & audio automated ecosystem monitoring”. job responsibilities - use online ecoacoustics software to manage soundscape collections (https://biosounds.uni-goettingen.de/) - annotate sound recordings from different biomes (land, ocean, freswater) online, to identify sounds of human, biological, and geological origin, in collaboration with experts from around the world - attend lab events (meetings, workshops, etc.) - support in other tasks as required - be a pro-active member of the sat lab job requirements we are looking for a highly motivated research assistant with: 1. a degree in environmental sciences (biology, ecology, environmental management, etc.), and an affinity for related technical topics 2. willingness to work remotely 3. good organisation skills and sense of responsibility 4. efficient communication skills and english language proficiency 3. research assistant position ╟ photo & audio automated ecosystem monitoring hardware development for automated biodiversity sampling, software-based acoustic monitoring job responsibilities -
