西湖大學工學院可持續(xù)農業(yè)科學與技術實驗室招聘科研助理

一、實驗室介紹 “可持續(xù)農業(yè)科學與技術”實驗室（https://tomcwanger.wixsite.com/sat-lab） 旨在通過現(xiàn)有和新型農業(yè)生產系統(tǒng)為不斷增長的人口提供食物、能源和纖維，以實現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標，為解決全球主要挑戰(zhàn)之一做出貢獻。作為一個追求卓越的國際團隊，我們采用新技術新方法，并基于創(chuàng)新思維開展多學科合作，從（農業(yè)）生態(tài)學、人工智能到經濟學等等。我們鼓勵在中國以及國際上的各種合作。 目前正在推進一個全球項目網(wǎng)絡，以評估不同作物生產系統(tǒng)（如可可和水稻）對環(huán)境和人類的景觀層面影響。除了新的自動生態(tài)系統(tǒng)方法，特別像是生物多樣性監(jiān)測外，我們還對氣候變化下農業(yè)管理對人類健康和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務的影響感興趣，希望利用傳感器、可再生能源技術和人工智能來解決糧食與能源之間的關系。 農業(yè)和生態(tài)學依靠高通量技術來準確監(jiān)測影響農產品生產和生物多樣性的動物和環(huán)境驅動因素。我們需要能測量這些因素并了解它們的影響過程，并最終優(yōu)化農業(yè)和自然景觀。 二、招聘崗位 1. 科研助理 1名 基于軟件的聲學監(jiān)測：聲景的管理和注解。這是一個遠程工作職位，需要穩(wěn)定的網(wǎng)絡連接。如果能來杭州工作，可以考慮應聘第二個科研助理崗位。 工作職責： 1） 使用在線生態(tài)聲學軟件來管理聲景收集 (https://biosounds.uni-goettingen.de/） 2） 與世界各地的專家合作，對不同生物群落（陸地、海洋、淡水）的聲音記錄進行在線注釋，以辨別確定人類、生物和地質方面的聲音。 3） 參與實驗室工作（包括組會、研討會等） 4） 根據(jù)需要支持其他工作 5） 成為sat實驗室的積極分子 應聘條件： 1） 擁有環(huán)境科學學位（包括生物學、生態(tài)學、環(huán)境管理等），并對相關技術課題有興趣。 2） 愿意遠程工作 3） 有良好的組織能力和責任感 4） 高效的溝通能力并且熟練掌握英語 2. 科研助理1名 基于軟件的聲監(jiān)測，自動化生物多樣性采樣的硬件開發(fā)。 工作職責： 1）現(xiàn)場測試監(jiān)測生物多樣性的嵌入式機器視覺攝像機； 2）采購零件和組裝相機； 3）使用在線生態(tài)聲學軟件對聲音記錄進行注釋； 4）成為sat實驗室的積極分子。 應聘條件： 1）擁有環(huán)境科學本科及以上學歷（生物學、生態(tài)學、環(huán)境管理等），并對相關技術課題有興趣的人； 2）或擁有技術領域（it、電子、工程等）本科及以上學歷，并對相關的環(huán)境主題有興趣； 3）良好的中英文語言能力； 4）積極主動，在工作中出色表現(xiàn)，融入跨學科和國際團體。 三、薪酬待遇 根據(jù)西湖大學相關規(guī)定以及申請人工作能力，實驗室將提供有競爭力的薪資，具體待遇面議。候選人應能很好地在團隊中度里工作，并融入一個跨學科地國際團隊中�？梢詠砗贾�，參與線下實驗室工作，可享受五險一金及西湖大學的相關福利。 開始日期：盡快。 四、應聘方式 1） 報名時間：直到錄取人滿為止，有意應聘者請從速投遞應聘材料。 2） 申請材料：請將英文版的個人簡歷、求職信、研究興趣的簡短摘要，簡歷，證書，以及兩位潛在的推薦人信息（包括姓名及電子郵件地址）發(fā)送至thomas cherico wanger教授（tomcwanger@westlake.edu.cn）和kevin f.a. darras博士（kdarras@westlake.edu.cn）的郵箱,郵件標題及附件簡歷命名方式為：應聘崗位-本人姓名。 research assistant position ╟ acoustic ecosystem monitoring (remote work) 1. introduction about the lab the ‘sustainability, agriculture, and technology’ (https://tomcwanger.wixsite.com/sat-lab) lab aims to contribute towards solving one of the main global challenges: to provide food, fibre, and energy sustainably in existing and new agricultural production systems. as an international team striving for excellence, our work is global, we embrace new technologies and methods, and collaborate openly across disciplines ranging from (agro)ecology to artificial intelligence and economics just to name a few. we have and encourage collaborations in china and internationally. agriculture and ecology rely on high-throughput technologies to accurately monitor animals and environmental drivers that affect the production of agricultural commodities and our biodiversity capital. we need to be able to measure those to understand how they affect us and ultimately, to optimise our agricultural and natural landscapes. 2. research assistant position ╟ photo & audio automated ecosystem monitoring software-based acoustic monitoring: management and annotation of soundscapes. this is a remote working position that requires a stable internet connection. if however, you can move and work in hangzhou, consider the offer “photo & audio automated ecosystem monitoring”. job responsibilities - use online ecoacoustics software to manage soundscape collections (https://biosounds.uni-goettingen.de/) - annotate sound recordings from different biomes (land, ocean, freswater) online, to identify sounds of human, biological, and geological origin, in collaboration with experts from around the world - attend lab events (meetings, workshops, etc.) - support in other tasks as required - be a pro-active member of the sat lab job requirements we are looking for a highly motivated research assistant with: 1. a degree in environmental sciences (biology, ecology, environmental management, etc.), and an affinity for related technical topics 2. willingness to work remotely 3. good organisation skills and sense of responsibility 4. efficient communication skills and english language proficiency 3. research assistant position ╟ photo & audio automated ecosystem monitoring hardware development for automated biodiversity sampling, software-based acoustic monitoring job responsibilities -
