隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展，中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入了新時(shí)代，我國(guó)社會(huì)主要矛盾已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)化為人民日益增長(zhǎng)的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的發(fā)展之間的矛盾。紡織品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)技術(shù)就是在人們對(duì)于紡織品質(zhì)量要求的不斷提高和檢測(cè)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步下逐漸發(fā)展起來的。伴隨著《中國(guó)化纖工業(yè)綠色發(fā)展行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》等一系列政策的頒布，國(guó)家對(duì)紡織品環(huán)保和健康方面加大了關(guān)注力度，并將大力發(fā)展紡織品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)行業(yè)。國(guó)家一方面將逐步推進(jìn)紡織品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)行業(yè)逐步由國(guó)家壟斷過渡到市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)營(yíng)，另一方面也要求廣大紡織品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)公司加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)能力建設(shè)，提高專業(yè)服務(wù)水平，加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的整合，更進(jìn)一步的由提供單一認(rèn)證型服務(wù)向提供綜合檢測(cè)服務(wù)延伸。近年來，大量的紡織品第三方檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)公司進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)，在行業(yè)欣欣向榮的同時(shí)，也給行業(yè)內(nèi)的企業(yè)帶來了巨大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力，大多數(shù)紡織品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)存在規(guī)模小、服務(wù)半徑小、人均產(chǎn)值低、國(guó)際影響力弱等一系列問題，難以與跨國(guó)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)和國(guó)內(nèi)知名檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)相抗衡。本文的目的在于通過對(duì)中紡協(xié)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)服務(wù)公司的內(nèi)部現(xiàn)狀展開深入探討，結(jié)合外界戰(zhàn)略機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行深入研究，進(jìn)一步形成戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型建議，在闡述問題并剖析問題成因的基礎(chǔ)上，尋求適合該公司的轉(zhuǎn)型路徑。
本文采用專題研究方法對(duì)中紡協(xié)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)服務(wù)公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型問題展開研究。在研究過程中收集了中紡協(xié)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)服務(wù)公司近年來的年度報(bào)告和各類檔案、訪談?dòng)涗浀荣Y料，以戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型理論為基礎(chǔ)，首先簡(jiǎn)要陳述了中紡協(xié)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)服務(wù)公司的基本情況，然后借助PEST分析工具對(duì)公司所處的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，再利用波特五力模型對(duì)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性分析以及通過對(duì)行業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的分析得出，目前紡織品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)的前景十分遼闊，但是會(huì)面臨大量的新進(jìn)入者帶來的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。之后本文用SWOT分析工具對(duì)公司內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅做了詳細(xì)的分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出了四個(gè)備選戰(zhàn)略。
根據(jù)所得出的四條備選戰(zhàn)略再結(jié)合目前行業(yè)發(fā)展較好，公司目前業(yè)務(wù)穩(wěn)定上升的情況，以及公司核心文化和發(fā)展目標(biāo)，本文選擇了SO戰(zhàn)略作為公司下一個(gè)階段發(fā)展的主要戰(zhàn)略，進(jìn)一步提出了以多元化戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型為理論依據(jù)的方案設(shè)計(jì)和公司層、紡織品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、驗(yàn)貨事業(yè)部、新型材料研究院四個(gè)方面具體實(shí)施細(xì)則以及保障措施。
本文的邏輯思路和分析方法亦可為其他處在轉(zhuǎn)型期的紡織品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)提供參考與借鑒。
