隨著社會的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,中國特色社會主義進(jìn)入了新時代,我國社會主要矛盾已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)化為人民日益增長的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的發(fā)展之間的矛盾。紡織品檢驗檢測技術(shù)就是在人們對于紡織品質(zhì)量要求的不斷提高和檢測技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步下逐漸發(fā)展起來的。伴隨著《中國化纖工業(yè)綠色發(fā)展行動計劃》等一系列政策的頒布,國家對紡織品環(huán)保和健康方面加大了關(guān)注力度,并將大力發(fā)展紡織品檢驗檢測行業(yè)。國家一方面將逐步推進(jìn)紡織品檢驗檢測行業(yè)逐步由國家壟斷過渡到市場化運營,另一方面也要求廣大紡織品檢驗檢測公司加強基礎(chǔ)能力建設(shè),提高專業(yè)服務(wù)水平,加強企業(yè)的整合,更進(jìn)一步的由提供單一認(rèn)證型服務(wù)向提供綜合檢測服務(wù)延伸。近年來,大量的紡織品第三方檢驗檢測公司進(jìn)入市場,在行業(yè)欣欣向榮的同時,也給行業(yè)內(nèi)的企業(yè)帶來了巨大的競爭壓力,大多數(shù)紡織品檢驗檢測機構(gòu)存在規(guī)模小、服務(wù)半徑小、人均產(chǎn)值低、國際影響力弱等一系列問題,難以與跨國檢測機構(gòu)和國內(nèi)知名檢測機構(gòu)相抗衡。本文的目的在于通過對中紡協(xié)檢驗技術(shù)服務(wù)公司的內(nèi)部現(xiàn)狀展開深入探討,結(jié)合外界戰(zhàn)略機會進(jìn)行深入研究,進(jìn)一步形成戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型建議,在闡述問題并剖析問題成因的基礎(chǔ)上,尋求適合該公司的轉(zhuǎn)型路徑。 本文采用專題研究方法對中紡協(xié)檢驗技術(shù)服務(wù)公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型問題展開研究。在研究過程中收集了中紡協(xié)檢驗技術(shù)服務(wù)公司近年來的年度報告和各類檔案、訪談記錄等資料,以戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型理論為基礎(chǔ),首先簡要陳述了中紡協(xié)檢驗技術(shù)服務(wù)公司的基本情況,然后借助PEST分析工具對公司所處的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,再利用波特五力模型對行業(yè)的競爭性分析以及通過對行業(yè)成長性的分析得出,目前紡織品檢驗檢測市場的前景十分遼闊,但是會面臨大量的新進(jìn)入者帶來的競爭壓力。之后本文用SWOT分析工具對公司內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會與威脅做了詳細(xì)的分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出了四個備選戰(zhàn)略。 根據(jù)所得出的四條備選戰(zhàn)略再結(jié)合目前行業(yè)發(fā)展較好,公司目前業(yè)務(wù)穩(wěn)定上升的情況,以及公司核心文化和發(fā)展目標(biāo),本文選擇了SO戰(zhàn)略作為公司下一個階段發(fā)展的主要戰(zhàn)略,進(jìn)一步提出了以多元化戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型為理論依據(jù)的方案設(shè)計和公司層、紡織品檢驗檢測實驗室、驗貨事業(yè)部、新型材料研究院四個方面具體實施細(xì)則以及保障措施。 本文的邏輯思路和分析方法亦可為其他處在轉(zhuǎn)型期的紡織品檢驗檢測機構(gòu)提供參考與借鑒。 發(fā)自小木蟲IOS客戶端 |

On the one hand, the state will gradually promote the transition of textile inspection and testing industry from state monopoly to market-oriented operation. On the other hand, it also requires the majority of textile inspection and testing companies to strengthen the construction of basic capacity, improve the level of professional services, strengthen the integration of enterprises, and further extend from providing single certification service to providing comprehensive inspection service. In recent years, a large number of third-party textile inspection and testing companies have entered the market. While the industry is booming, it also brings huge competitive pressure to enterprises in the industry. Most textile inspection and testing institutions have a series of problems, such as small scale, small service radius, low per capita output value, weak international influence, etc., which are difficult to be compared with transnational inspection institutions and domestic well-known inspection institutions. The purpose of this paper is to conduct in-depth study on the internal status of CFA inspection technology service company, combine with the external strategic opportunities, further form strategic transformation suggestions, on the basis of elaborating the problems and analyzing the causes of the problems, to find the transformation path suitable for the company. In this paper, the special research method is used to study the strategic transformation of CFA inspection technology service company. In the research process, we collected the annual report, various files, interview records and other data of China Textile Association inspection technology service company in recent years. Based on the strategic transformation theory, we first briefly stated the basic situation of China Textile Association inspection technology service company, then analyzed the external environment of the company in detail with PEST analysis tool, and then used Porter five force model to analyze the company. The competitive analysis of the industry and the analysis of the growth of the industry show that the textile inspection and testing market has a broad prospect, but it will face a lot of competitive pressure brought by new entrants. After that, this paper uses SWOT analysis tools to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company in detail. On this basis, four alternative strategies are proposed. According to the four alternative strategies and the current situation of good industry development, stable business growth of the company, as well as the company's core culture and development objectives, this paper selects so strategy as the main strategy for the company's next stage of development, and further proposes the scheme design and company level, textile inspection and testing laboratory based on the transformation of diversified strategy. , inspection business department and new material research institute. The logical thinking and analysis method of this paper can also provide reference for other textile inspection and testing institutions in the transition period. |
