石河子大學-孟狀課題組-招收生物學/生物與醫(yī)藥碩士研究生

孟狀，男，博士，安徽籍，現(xiàn)任石河子大學生命科學學院副教授、碩士生導師，發(fā)育生物學方向負責人，遺傳學教研室主任。主要研究領(lǐng)域為植物染色體進化生物學與基因組學。先后入選新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)“天池英才”青年博士人才支持計劃、石河子大學“青年拔尖人才”計劃。主持國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目（C類）、新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團重點領(lǐng)域科技攻關(guān)計劃及面上項目等課題10項。榮獲新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團科技進步獎一等獎(10/15)、石河子大學2024年度突出貢獻獎等7項。 已在《The Plant Journal》（2024）、《Horticulture Research》（2024、2025）、《Theoretical and Applied Genetics》（2020）、《The Crop Journal》（2023）、《Horticultural Plant Journal》（2025）、《Industrial Crops and Products》（2023）、《Genome Biology》（2021）等國際著名期刊發(fā)表SCI論文多篇。多次受邀為《Journal of Integrative Plant Biology》、《Horticulture Research》、《Plant Diversity》、《Industrial Crops and Products》等中科院一區(qū)TOP期刊審稿。 團隊注重研究生科研能力培養(yǎng)，育人成果突出：2023級碩士生在讀期間以第一作者/共同第一作者發(fā)表3篇一區(qū)TOP期刊論文，主持兵團研究生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目，獲研究生國家獎學金、石河子大學研究生拔尖人才培優(yōu)獎學金，并成功碩博連讀；2024級碩士生入學次年獲研究生國家獎學金，以第一作者/共同第一作者發(fā)表3篇一區(qū)TOP期刊論文，并成功碩博連讀。 代表性科研成果（第一作者或通訊作者）： 1. Repetitive sequence landscapes provide insights into the proliferation and reduction of pericentromeric/centromeric repeats in the genus Glycyrrhiza. Horticultural Plant Journal, 2025.（中科院一區(qū)，Top期刊） 3. Whole chromosome oligo-painting in licorice unveil interspecific chromosomal evolutionary relationships and possible origin of triploid genome species. The Plant Journal, 2024.（中科院一區(qū)，Top期刊） 4. Oligo-FISH barcode chromosome identification system provides novel insights into the natural chromosome aberrations propensity in the autotetraploid cultivated alfalfa. Horticulture Research, 2024.（中科院一區(qū)，Top期刊） 5. Haplotype-specific chromosome painting provides insights into the chromosomal characteristics in self-duplicating autotetraploid sugarcane.
