美國路易斯安那州立大學(xué)(LSU)巖土工程全獎博士生招生 已有1人參與

美國路易斯安那州立大學(xué)(LSU)土木與環(huán)境工程系巖土工程方向現(xiàn)可提供一個在巖土/石油工程領(lǐng)域的全額資助博士生職位。本博士課題將致力于基于物理信息神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Physics-Informed Neural Networks, PINNs)的巖土力學(xué)建模研究,具體包括土體大變形彈塑性固結(jié)、CPTu試驗結(jié)果反演、以及油井出砂的預(yù)測等關(guān)鍵課題。研究項目由美國化學(xué)會石油研究基金會(ACS PRF)與美國陸軍工程兵團(USACE)聯(lián)合資助。 關(guān)于申請材料,對于2026年春季學(xué)期入學(xué)的申請人將不需要提交GRE成績。另外,新生將有機會獲得免學(xué)費以及每年$3,0000的生活津貼。歡迎力學(xué)、土木、石油工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)有興趣的同學(xué)通過郵件方式聯(lián)系Dr. Shengli Chen (shenglichen@lsu.edu)提交申請材料或咨詢詳情。如果對該職位有任何問題,也歡迎在下方留言或者通過郵件向Dr. Chen進一步了解信息。 A fully funded PhD position is immediately available in the field of Geomechanics and Geotechnical/Petroleum Engineering at Louisiana State University (LSU). Interested candidates are invited to apply for the Geotechnical Engineering Program in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering (CEE), LSU. The PhD position will focus on developing Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) for geomechanics applications, including large-strain elastoplastic consolidation, CPTu interpretation, sand production prediction, etc. The research is sponsored by American Chemical Society Petroleum Research Fund and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Please note that GRE will be waived for applicants of CEE graduate programs until Spring 2026 admissions cycle and qualified candidates may expect to receive a stipend of around $30,000 per 12 months.
