本課題組招收2025年碩士研究生,歡迎具有化學、化工、生物學、藥學等相關背景同學加入。招生代碼:0856和0817開頭的都可調劑。有意向的同學請把個人簡歷以及本科成績單發(fā)到郵箱課題組成員郵箱:1706950963@qq.com。誠邀對分析傳感有興趣的同學加入! 課題組導師:王繼東,研究員,博士研究生導師。姜宏,副教授,碩士研究生導師。 導師介紹:姜宏,副教授,碩士研究生導師。 教育經歷:武漢大學,化學基地班,2010-2014,學士學位; 武漢大學,分析化學,2014-2020,碩博連讀,取得博士學位; 工作經歷: 燕山大學環(huán)境與化學工程學院2021至今 研究方向: 電化學傳感器的構建:針對目前電分析化學傳感器靈敏度低、選擇性差、難以實現對非電活性分子檢測等問題,通過功能化組裝納米仿生酶、生物識別分子等手段,并結合DNA walker等信號放大手段,設計功能化的電化學傳感界面,解決電化學傳感器應用于細胞、生物學分子檢測過程中面臨的問題,進一步開發(fā)商品化檢測器件用于臨床應用。 單細胞內生物分子檢測:針對細胞間異質性的問題,開發(fā)功能化的單根鈉米電極,定位于單細胞內,實時監(jiān)測胞內生物分子動態(tài)變化,在單細胞水平探究生理學、病理學基質。 科研平臺: 課題組現有電化學工作站、手動顯微鏡、拉制儀、倒置熒光顯微鏡等全套儀器可滿足電化學傳感器的構建使用,建有細胞室可完成完整生物實驗部分。課題組經費充足,注重學生發(fā)展,學術氛圍濃厚,歡迎對科研濃厚興趣的同學報考! 科研項目: 國家自然科學基金青年基金,2023.01-2025.12, 30萬,主持 在研 河北省自然科學基金青年基金,2022.01-2024.12, 6萬,主持 在研 河北省教育廳科學研究項目,2023.12-2026.12, 5萬,主持 在研 燕山大學引進人才科研啟動經費,80萬,主持 學術論文: 1.
