國家出手！該國教育部將MDPI、Hindawi和Frontiers三大出版商打包處理了！ 醫(yī)諾維 最近，基于對學(xué)術(shù)誠信和作者署名的特別關(guān)切，馬來西亞大學(xué)教育部發(fā)布了一項聲明，禁止該國的公立大學(xué)使用政府預(yù)算來支付在MDPI、Hindawi和Frontiers三家學(xué)術(shù)出版商旗下的所有期刊上發(fā)表論文的費用。 這是今年又一起將MDPI、Hindawi和Frontiers三個出版商一起打包“拉黑”的事件。 三大OA出版商風(fēng)雨飄搖 眾所周知，MDPI、Hindawi和Frontiers三個雜志，都是OA雜志，也就是所有讀者都能免費下載，但是論文作者要交版面費，而且版面費不便宜。 最近幾年，這三大期刊旗下的不少雜志被中科院文獻(xiàn)所納入預(yù)警名單，甚至還有一些在一區(qū)、二區(qū)的雜志。 1月3日，浙工商大學(xué)開創(chuàng)了將整個出版社納入黑名單的先河，三大OA出版社也是首次一起被納入黑名單。 2月27日，安徽省立醫(yī)院發(fā)布通告：將Hindawi、MDPI、Frontiers三大OA期刊出版商的系列期刊，均納入“提醒期刊”、“不建議投稿，不予報銷版面費，不納入科研績效統(tǒng)計”。 7月18日，浙江大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院更新了“不建議投稿雜志名單”，Hindawi和Frontiers兩個出版社旗下所有期刊包含在內(nèi)。 Hindawi旗下18本被踢除 3月20日，科睿唯安官方發(fā)布了2023年最新的SCI目錄，有35本期刊被剔除，其中大部分是OA期刊。著名開放獲取出版社Hindawi成最大輸家，其出版的18本OA期刊慘遭剔除。 Frontiers和MDPI被學(xué)術(shù)網(wǎng)站列為“掠奪性期刊” 2月23日，揭露掠奪性期刊的較有影響力的匿名私人網(wǎng)站Predatory Reports將MDPI所有422本期刊打包列入“掠奪性期刊”。 3月28日，Predatory Reports又將Frontiers旗下的199本期刊全部列入掠奪性期刊名單，包括51本SCIE期刊和4本SSCI 期刊。 |
