電子科技大學(xué)(深圳)高等研究院的陳明豪博士研究小組正在尋找流體動力學(xué)以及膠體和界面科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的碩士和博士生。 關(guān)于研究組 該研究組專注于納米氣泡和納米液滴、軟物質(zhì)物理和流體動力學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究,目前研究經(jīng)費(fèi)充足。 在過去的幾年里,陳教授在界面科學(xué)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表了20余篇頗具影響力的頂刊論文,目前已具有相當(dāng)?shù)膰H影響力。學(xué)生不僅可以獲得英文口頭和書面交流方面發(fā)展科學(xué)技能和軟技能方面的全面指導(dǎo),還可以獲得在學(xué)術(shù)科學(xué)和工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的職業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)。 所需申請人 申請人應(yīng)對學(xué)術(shù)科學(xué)有濃厚的興趣,具有流體力學(xué),界面物理化學(xué)的背景和基本的高等數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)(例如微積分/線性代數(shù)基礎(chǔ)),并有一定的動手能力。具有流體動力學(xué)和實驗流體動力學(xué)研究經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先。具有較強(qiáng)英語書面和口頭表達(dá)能力的申請人將被優(yōu)先考慮。 由于 PI 的母語不是中文,申請人將主要用英語與 PI 交談。 能加入這個小組,博士期間能發(fā)表高質(zhì)量的科研論文,為你以后去海外頂尖大學(xué)做博士后或者獨(dú)立PI奠定堅后的基礎(chǔ)。如果你立志要在科研方面有一番成就,不要猶豫,機(jī)不可失。 關(guān)于PI 陳明豪博士是電子科技大學(xué)(深圳)高等研究院的教授。 他于2013年和2017年在南洋理工大學(xué)獲得物理學(xué)學(xué)士和博士學(xué)位,并于2018年至2019年擔(dān)任新加坡-麻省理工學(xué)院研究與技術(shù)聯(lián)盟的SMART研究員 (SMART Fellow)。 在工業(yè)界擔(dān)任數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)家數(shù)年后,他于 2023 年榮獲國家自然科學(xué)基金委海外優(yōu)青項目資助 。他在物理學(xué)和納米科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的頂級期刊上發(fā)表了論文,其中以第一作者身份發(fā)表了8篇《Physical Review Letters》。陳教授對科學(xué)有敏銳的洞察力和獨(dú)特見解, 并且在AI和深度學(xué)習(xí)方面有很深的造詣。有關(guān)他的研究成果的更多信息,請參閱他的 Google 學(xué)術(shù)搜索。 https://scholar.google.com.au/ci ... About the group The research group focuses on research in the fields of nanobubbles and nanodroplets, soft matter physics, and fluid dynamics. Over the last few years, we have published influential and thought-provoking research papers in the interfacial sciences. Students can look forward to holistic guidance in developing both scientific skills and soft skills in oral and written communication, but also career development from a PI who has unconventional yet well-rounded experience both within academic science and in industry. The desired applicant The applicant should have a strong interest in academic science, have a STEM background with strong mathematical foundations (e.g. foundation in calculus/linear algebra is a must), and enjoy hands-on experimental work. Applicants with a research background in fluid dynamics and experimental fluid dynamics will be given priority. Applicants with strong written and verbal skills in English will be given priority. As the PI is not a native speaker of Chinese, the applicant will be expected to converse with the PI primarily in English. The PhD or Master programme will therefore be an excellent opportunity for students to prepare themselves for top postdoctoral or industry positions overseas. About the PI Dr Beng Hau Tan is a professor at the Shenzhen Institute for Advanced Study, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He received bachelor and doctoral degrees in physics from Nanyang Technological University in 2013 and 2017, and was SMART Fellow at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology from 2018-2019. After several years as a data scientist in industry, he was awarded the NSFC Excellent Young Scientist award in 2023. He has published in top journals in physics and nanoscience, including seven as first author in Physical Review Letters.
