牛津大學(xué)Prof. Monika Gullerova 招兩個(gè)做生信的程序員,掛的是牛津大學(xué)pre-doc或者是Senior RA(高級(jí)研究助理)的頭銜,根據(jù)前置學(xué)歷決定。有兩個(gè)名額,主要的工作內(nèi)容是協(xié)助開發(fā)基于多模態(tài)的RNA-藥物靶標(biāo)預(yù)測(cè)方法/軟件。 要求: 1)需要是計(jì)算機(jī)或者生物信息相關(guān)的本科/碩士/博士, 2)有做RNA相關(guān)的預(yù)測(cè)算法的相關(guān)論文或者經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先 3)有做基于藥物分子圖的基于GNN的特征提取算法的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先 4)有調(diào)優(yōu)過NLP大模型的算法的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先 以上條件有一個(gè)或者多個(gè)滿足條件即可。 We’re Hiring: Two Computational Biology Positions! Targeting RNA is the future of medicine, turning the "undruggable" into the treatable. With AI supercharging the discovery of RNA-focused drugs, novel therapies are revolutionising treatments for many diseases including cancer and beyond. Join Prof. Monika Gullerova’s lab at Univeristy of Oxford to advance RAIDEN, an AI-powered platform transforming RNA-drug discovery! These roles combine academic research with translational innovation, focusing on ncRNA biology and RNA-drug interactions. Position 1: Expertise in Python, deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch), GNNs, and RNA structural modelling. Position 2: Experience with deep learning framework (TF,Torch), multi-node compute clusters, RNA molecular modelling, feature extraction, relationship prediction, and motif discovery. Both roles require a PhD (or nearing completion), proficiency in statistical analysis, and algorithm refinement skills. Applicants holding BSc/MSc will be considered too.
