graduate research assistant openings (electrical engineering/photonics) at Baylor University, texas, usa Photonics Research Laboratory has graduate research assistant openings right now. Our research interests include: 1) high-power fiber lasers, 2) specialty optical fibers, and 3) nanophotonics and metamaterials. Students with a bachelor's degree or master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or mathematics are encouraged to apply. The following areas of experience are desired but not required: experience with numerical simulation of electromagnetic problems coursework in optics, electromagnetics, and photonics Interested applicants should send one pdf file including cv, transcripts, toefl and gre scores, personal statement, one or two representative publications (optional) to dr. hu through email jonathan_hu at baylor.edu.
