就Frontier in pharmacology給了些意見，我粘上來：The reason for this decision is: The content of this manuscript does not meet the standards of scientific quality or rigor required by the journal to be considered for peer review.質(zhì)量和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性不過關(guān) Thank you for this MS手稿, which certainly 當(dāng)然，無(wú)疑is within our scope and potentially interesting. However, the review process has identified a series of further concerns. 綜述過程有問題，有大問題There are major concerns and therefore, we cannot send your MS our to peer-review and we must reject your MS.
