KOELMANS ▲鏈接: https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.adl2746 ▲摘要: 在首次使用“微塑料”一詞的出版物發(fā)表20年后,研究組回顧了當(dāng)前的理解,完善了定義,并考慮了未來的前景。微塑料有多種來源,包括輪胎、紡織品、化妝品、油漆和大件物品的碎片,其廣泛分布在整個(gè)自然環(huán)境中,有證據(jù)表明在生物組織的多個(gè)層面上都有危害。 微塑料在食物和飲料中普遍存在,已在人體中被檢測到,并出現(xiàn)了負(fù)面影響的新證據(jù)。到2040年,環(huán)境污染可能會(huì)翻一番,預(yù)計(jì)會(huì)造成大規(guī)模的危害。公眾的關(guān)注日益增加,國際談判正在考慮解決微塑料污染的各種措施。 當(dāng)前需要明確證據(jù)證明潛在解決辦法的效力,以解決微塑料污染并盡量減少意外后果的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 ▲ Abstract: Twenty years after the first publication that used the term microplastic, we review current understanding, refine definitions, and consider future prospects. Microplastics arise from multiple sources, including tires, textiles, cosmetics, paint, and the fragmentation of larger items. They are widely distributed throughout the natural environment, with evidence of harm at multiple levels of biological organization. They are pervasive in food and drink and have been detected throughout the human body, with emerging evidence of negative effects. Environmental contamination could double by 2040, and wide-scale harm has been predicted. Public concern is increasing, and diverse measures to address microplastic pollution are being considered in international negotiations. Clear evidence on the efficacy of potential solutions is now needed to address the issue and to minimize the risks of unintended consequences. |
