使用公共數(shù)據(jù)庫中的信息，但被要求提供倫理審批或豁免說明怎么辦。之前寫了國內(nèi)的相關(guān)法規(guī)豁免，但是沒有通過，一直讓更新倫理審批，請各位給點意見。這是審核發(fā)的郵件。 We notice that you have mentioned 'Article 24 and 25 of the declaration of Helsinki' for the ethical approval exemption for database study, whereas I am afraid that the above cited articles of declaration of Helsinki does not correspond to the exemption of public database studies from ethical approval. Please note that we would require the ethical approval for the usage of the data from public database in your research. I request you provide the reference to regulations of exempting the ethical statement for the study or ethical approval statement for the use of human data obtained from the public database in order to continue with the manuscript. |
