南方科技大學田雷蕾研究員招收2025年博士研究生,歡迎有興趣的同學聯(lián)系我了解課題組。歡迎高分子化學等相關(guān)專業(yè)的學生們加入課題組,希望對我們的研究有興趣的你,熱愛科學研究、有強烈的責任心,善于團隊協(xié)作,能夠自我驅(qū)動實現(xiàn)人生目標。有意者請將個人簡歷、研究成果介紹、發(fā)送至郵箱:tianll@sustech.edu.cn 一、 課題組研究方向簡介: 我們是南方科技大學的nano-bio課題組,我們的研究利用有機π共軛材料優(yōu)異的半導體性質(zhì)發(fā)展新型光學診斷治療材料。針對有機π共軛的強疏水性和生物體系水相應(yīng)用相矛盾這一關(guān)鍵科學問題,發(fā)展新型的策略解決了這類材料在分子修飾、和生命體系動態(tài)交互性以及聚集態(tài)調(diào)控方面的問題,將π共軛材料的高效光轉(zhuǎn)換性質(zhì)更好地應(yīng)用于生物成像和檢測、光-基因聯(lián)合治療以及一體化光診療方向。具體的研究包括: 1. 創(chuàng)制π共軛-DNA雙親雜化分子,拓展π共軛材料在智能響應(yīng)性傳感材料、高通量細胞及組織基因標記、以及活體診療一體化方面的應(yīng)用; 2. 通過高分子合成技術(shù)改善π共軛診療材料的藥代動力學性質(zhì)以及提高其對生命體系的識別和響應(yīng)性; 3. 開發(fā)新型的有機光電功能分子,用于制備光診療納米粒子,并開發(fā)其在NIR-II發(fā)光、化學發(fā)光、光聲成像、光熱/動治療等方面的應(yīng)用。 驗室主頁:https://faculty.sustech.edu.cn/? ... y=date&go=1 二、 合作導師介紹: 田雷蕾博士為南方科技大學材料科學與工程系長聘獨立PI、研究員,致力于開發(fā)新型π共軛生物材料的研究,根據(jù)分子間作用力的特點進行π共軛材料多功能診療應(yīng)用設(shè)計,解決了這類材料在分子修飾、功能復(fù)合和聚集態(tài)調(diào)控方面的問題,將π共軛材料的高效光轉(zhuǎn)換性質(zhì)更好地應(yīng)用于生物成像和檢測、光-基因聯(lián)合治療以及一體化光診療方向。承擔國家自然科學基金項目2項,獲批國家省市各類經(jīng)費超1200萬元;獲深圳市自然科學獎二等獎;出版專著1部,發(fā)表通訊作者SCI高水平論文40余篇,包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (6)、Nat. Commun. (1)、Adv. Mater. (1)、CCS Chem. (1)、Adv. Funct. Mater.(1),自然指數(shù)收錄期刊12篇,論文總被引用次數(shù)超過3000次(google學術(shù));授權(quán)中國發(fā)明專利4項;擔任Analysis & Sensing雜志編委;并應(yīng)邀在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv.
