[香港城市大學(xué)]化學(xué)系朱光宇課題組誠招全獎博士生及博士后[2025年1月或2025年9月入學(xué)]

PhD Studentships in Anticancer Drug Discovery and Development Prof. Guangyu Zhu of the Department of Chemistry at the City University of Hong Kong, ranked top 70 in the QS World University Rankings, is offering PhD studentships, Postdoc, and Research Assistant positions, available immediately. Research in the Zhu Lab lies at the interface of chemistry and biology in the areas of anticancer drug discovery and development, drug delivery, and chemical biology. 朱光宇教授目前的研究領(lǐng)域包括新型抗癌藥物的合成和機(jī)制研究，以及利用納米藥物載體提高抗癌藥的生物活性。在鉑類抗癌藥物合成和作用機(jī)理方面掌握了一整套獨(dú)到的研究技術(shù)。已在 Nat. Chem., Nat. Synth., Nat. Calal., Sci. Adv., Chem, JACS, Angew. Chem. Intl. Ed., PNAS, Cancer Research 等期刊發(fā)表100余篇有關(guān)抗癌藥物合成和作用機(jī)理的研究論文(具體情況請見https://go.cityu.hk/rnopsm)。朱光宇教授現(xiàn)任中國化學(xué)會青年化學(xué)工作者委員會委員、亞洲生物無機(jī)化學(xué)執(zhí)委會秘書、中國生物無機(jī)化學(xué)執(zhí)委會委員、香港城市大學(xué)化學(xué)系博士課程及碩士課程主任、以及多個期刊的編委會委員。2023年當(dāng)選香港青年科學(xué)院院士。 Qualifications: PhD applicants should have 1) a Bachelor’s degree from a top university with GPA higher than 80/100; a Master’s degree is preferred; 2) an acceptable grade on English test (TOEFL 79, or CET-6 490, or IELTS 6.5); 3) a strong research background and publication record in organic/inorganic synthesis or in vivo evaluation of anticancer complexes using animal models; 4) the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a good command of English, both oral and written. 申請人需本科或碩士畢業(yè)于雙一流高校。 Interested applicants should send 1) CV including a publication list and grade on English test; 2) transcripts; 3) a summary of past research experience to guangzhu@cityu.edu.hk.
