鎢酸鈷中水-氫氧化物網(wǎng)絡(luò)捕獲助力質(zhì)子交換膜水電解 ▲ 作者:RANIT RAM, LU XIA, HIND BENZIDI, ANKU GUHA, VIKTORIA GOLOVANOVA, ALBA GARZóN MANJóN, ET AL. ▲ 鏈接: https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.adk9849 ▲ 摘要: 析氧反應(yīng)是高能效水基電解生產(chǎn)氫氣和其他太陽能燃料的瓶頸。在質(zhì)子交換膜水電解(PEMWE)中,貴金屬通常是穩(wěn)定催化該反應(yīng)所必需的。 在這項(xiàng)工作中,研究組報(bào)道了鎢酸鈷的分層通過穩(wěn)定酸中晶格缺陷的氧化物和水—?dú)溲趸锞W(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)了高活性和耐久性。所得到的催化劑具有較低的過電位,2 V下的電流密度為1.8 A/cm2,1.77 V的工業(yè)條件下(80℃)在PEMWE系統(tǒng)中穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行時(shí)可高達(dá)1 A/cm2;活性提高了三倍;在1 A/cm2的電流密度下可穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行600小時(shí)。 ▲ Abstract: The oxygen evolution reaction is the bottleneck to energy-efficient water-based electrolysis for the production of hydrogen and other solar fuels. In proton exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE), precious metals have generally been necessary for the stable catalysis of this reaction. In this work, we report that delamination of cobalt tungstate enables high activity and durability through the stabilization of oxide and water-hydroxide networks of the lattice defects in acid. The resulting catalysts achieve lower overpotentials, a current density of 1.8 amperes per square centimeter at 2 volts, and stable operation up to 1 ampere per square centimeter in a PEMWE system at industrial conditions (80°C) at 1.77 volts; a threefold improvement in activity; and stable operation at 1 ampere per square centimeter over the course of 600 hours. |
