關(guān)于投稿后research square的郵件，是否可以不理會(huì) 已有1人參與

我這前腳剛投稿完，就收到research square的郵件 讓注冊(cè)賬號(hào)，以便于同行評(píng)審 是不是不注冊(cè)就沒人審稿了？ 我看網(wǎng)上有說這個(gè)可能會(huì)影響之后的投稿，有點(diǎn)不想注冊(cè) 請(qǐng)問大佬們是否可以不管 Dear ***, Congratulations on your manuscript submission to ***.
