最近看到一篇文獻(xiàn),文中提到了脈沖激光的能量密度,但沒有提到明確的計(jì)算公式; 本人菜鳥,想問一下具體的計(jì)算方法; 原文如下: The estimated focused laser spot size was 180 μm, calculated by spot size = 1.27f λM2/D. The scan speed of the laser head was fixed at 125 mm/s, and the laser output power was set between 1.8 and 6.6 W (9–30% of the total 20 W). The calculated laser fluence was between 2.86 and 9.55 J/cm2. Patterns were drawn in CorelDraw and exported as an HPGL Plotter file. The pulse repetition rate of the laser was 2 kHz, with a pulse duration of 400 ns. |

感謝解答,我完全外行,請問關(guān)于您給出公式中的plus time,和上文中提到的pulse duration代表的含義是一樣的嗎?另外想問一下,上文中給出的激光能量密度單位是J/cm2,即W*s/cm^2,那么plus time是不是作為分子? 具體到這個例子,我算出來的能量密度=( laser output power)*(pulse duration)/(area)=(1.8*400*10^-9)/(Π*90*90*10^-8)=0.00283 J/cm^2,結(jié)果與文獻(xiàn)中提到的2.86J/cm^2相差很大,請問?應(yīng)該怎樣計(jì)算才能和文獻(xiàn)中提到的結(jié)果一致呢?非常感謝。 |
