1. flexible and wearable materials, devices and sensors - research fellow/associate your will be responsible for research and development of flexible, stretchable and wearable material, device and sensor development, including saw, pmut and mems, for sensing, imaging and therapy applications. requirements: • a phd/master degree in material science and/or microelectronics engineering. • relevant experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: 1. flexible, stretchable and wearable materials, devices and sensors 2. saw, pmut and mems design and fabrication; 3. flexible electronics for e-skin and/or soft robot sensor applications. • knowledge and/or experience in using some of tools such as comsol multiphysics and finite element analysis etc. for device design and characterization, and good fabrications experience. • good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment. • fresh graduates with strong interest in flexible electronics are also considered. 2. digital, mixed signal and rf integrated circuits and systems - research fellow (research associate) your will be responsible for research and development of integrated circuits and systems for sensor, wireless communication and radar applications. requirements: • a phd/master degree in electrical & electronics engineering. • 2-3 years’ relevant experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: integrated circuit and device design, sensor and radar system, and rf and microwave engineering. • knowledge and/or experience in using tools such as cadence, ads, hffs, cst, and matlab, etc. • good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment. • fresh graduates with strong interest in integrated circuits and systems will also be considered. interested candidate, please contact: prof. zheng yuanjin school of electrical & electronic engineering nanyang technological university, singapore email: yjzheng@ntu.edu.sg web: https://personal.ntu.edu.sg/yjzheng/ |
