His research focuses on statistical modeling/data analytics/data mining with applications to manufacturing/service processes/systems for quality control and performance improvement. Students with BS or MS degree in engineering/statistics/computer science major are encouraged to apply. The research area has strong connections with industry and business. Graduates students in this area are very popular and highly demanded in US job market.
