1. 課題組PI介紹 徐少林博士，南方科技大學(xué)機(jī)械與能源工程系超快激光微納制造團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人（PI），助理教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，系黨委書記。日本東北大學(xué)機(jī)械智能系博士（2015），曾任職于日本東北大學(xué)工學(xué)研究科JSPS特別研究員和助理教授。中國光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)員/激光加工專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員，中國機(jī)械工程學(xué)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)員/極端制造分會(huì)委員，深圳市“孔雀計(jì)劃人才”。 2017年1月回國加入南方科技大學(xué)機(jī)械與能源工程系，已組建包含博士后、研究助理和博士研究生等20余人的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)，主要從事超快激光微納加工及其應(yīng)用等相關(guān)研究，課題組經(jīng)費(fèi)充足，近年來主持和以核心成員身份參與國家自然科學(xué)基金、廣東省和深圳市科創(chuàng)委基金，及企業(yè)橫向項(xiàng)目共計(jì)14項(xiàng)。學(xué)術(shù)研究上，在激光誘導(dǎo)周期性表面結(jié)構(gòu)的自對(duì)準(zhǔn)制造、具有亞波長分辨率的圖案化脈沖激光光刻等領(lǐng)域取得了開創(chuàng)性的研究成果；工業(yè)應(yīng)用上，針對(duì)芯片三維封裝的技術(shù)需求，與合作企業(yè)共同開發(fā)了脈沖激光輔助蝕刻技術(shù)制備玻璃晶圓微通孔陣列，共建“激光精密制造與芯片先進(jìn)封裝”校企聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室。以第一作者和通訊作者身份發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇，包含Nature Communications, Laser & Photonics Reviews, Nano Letters, Advanced Optical Materials, ACS Applied Materials & Interface, International Journal of Machine Tools and Manufacture, International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing, International Journal of Mechanical Sciences等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的頂級(jí)期刊。 2. 招聘領(lǐng)域及要求： 2.1 飛秒光場調(diào)控及微納加工應(yīng)用研究 在上述領(lǐng)域或相似領(lǐng)域有2篇及以上高水平SCI論文發(fā)表，即將取得博士學(xué)位的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或畢業(yè)1年以內(nèi)的博士。（博士后） 在上述領(lǐng)域或相似領(lǐng)域有1篇及以上高水平SCI論文發(fā)表，即將取得碩士學(xué)位的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或畢業(yè)1年以內(nèi)的碩士。（科研助理） 課題組現(xiàn)有與該研究方向相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備清單：完全自主開發(fā)的國際領(lǐng)先的超快激光微納加工系統(tǒng)，Spectra Physics/Light Conversion飛秒激光器2臺(tái)，企業(yè)捐助的國產(chǎn)大功率飛秒及皮秒激光器2臺(tái)，Newport激光微納加工工作站，2D/3D振鏡高速加工平臺(tái)，卓鐳皮秒激光器/IPG納秒激光器及配套微納加工平臺(tái)，濱松LCOS-SLM/Holoeye空間光調(diào)制器等3臺(tái)，以及其他測試儀器等。 2.2 高性能鋰離子、鋰金屬電池的設(shè)計(jì)及開發(fā) 在上述領(lǐng)域或相似領(lǐng)域有2篇及以上高水平SCI論文發(fā)表，即將取得博士學(xué)位的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或畢業(yè)1年以內(nèi)的博士。（博士后） 在上述領(lǐng)域或相似領(lǐng)域有1篇及以上高水平SCI論文發(fā)表，即將取得碩士學(xué)位的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或畢業(yè)1年以內(nèi)的碩士。（科研助理） 課題組現(xiàn)有與該研究方向相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備清單：電化學(xué)工作站，手套箱，等離子清洗機(jī)，蒸鍍儀，測控濺射儀，RIE，管式爐，電池封裝機(jī)，電池測試系統(tǒng)等。 3. 課題組內(nèi)現(xiàn)有檢測設(shè)備條件 SEM，AFM，激光共聚焦顯微鏡，白光干涉儀，接觸角測量儀，膜厚儀，橢偏儀，摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)等。 此外，南科大分析測試中心儀器全部可以預(yù)約使用，如XRD，F(xiàn)IB，TEM，F(xiàn)E-SEM，EBL等，具體請(qǐng)查詢本校分析測試中心網(wǎng)頁。 4. 薪酬待遇 按照南科大現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行（基礎(chǔ)薪金+五險(xiǎn)一金+享受過節(jié)費(fèi)、餐補(bǔ)、定期體檢等福利待遇），根據(jù)工作業(yè)績，在現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行績效獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)； 優(yōu)秀候選人推薦申請(qǐng)校長卓越博士后； 優(yōu)秀博士后出站后推薦申請(qǐng)南方科技大學(xué)研究系列教授； 本課題組經(jīng)費(fèi)充裕，根據(jù)工作需求，支持短期或長期的國外交流訪問 5. 歡迎各位有志青年加盟 有意應(yīng)聘者請(qǐng)將詳細(xì)簡歷發(fā)送至以下郵箱：denghe@mail.sustech.edu.cn（鄧皓兒），xusl@sustech.edu.cn（徐少林）；初步確認(rèn)意向后，我們會(huì)邀請(qǐng)候選人來深圳訪問面談；實(shí)驗(yàn)室主頁：https://faculty.sustc.edu.cn/?tagid=xusl。 The recruitment of Dr. Xu’s research group at SUSTech Dr. Xu is an assistant professor (PI) at Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), and a senior member of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES)/Chinese Society for Optical Engineering (CSOE). Dr. Xu got his PhD degree at Tohoku University in Japan under the supervision of Prof. Kuriyagawa Tsunemoto in 2015. After graduation, he continued to work as a JSPS research fellow and an assistant professor in the Nano-Precision Mechanical Fabrication Lab. of Tohoku University successively. He had successfully obtained JSPS (Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI) twice in the area of ultraprecision mechanical micro-/nanofabrication technologies in Japan. In early 2017, Dr. Xu returned to China and joined in Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering of Sustech. From then on, Dr. Xu began to establish an ultrafast laser micro-/nanofabrication Lab., focusing on developing new ultrafast laser micro-/nanofabrication technologies, the principles of interactions between ultrafast laser and materials, and the applications of laser-structured surfaces. Until now, Dr. Xu has published more than 30 peer-reviewed journal papers in such as Nature Communications, Laser & Photonics Reviews, Nano Letters, Advanced Optical Materials, ACS Applied Materials & Interface, International Journal of Machine Tools and Manufacture, International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing, International Journal of Mechanical Sciences. Postdoctoral fellow position Recruitment areas: 1) Femtosecond laser micro-/nanofabrication 2) High-performance lithium metal batteries Recruitment requirements: 1) students who will get a doctoral degree or doctors who graduated within 1 years 2) no more than 35 years old 3) have published two papers or more in mainstream SCI journals as the first author in the field 4) able to carry out scientific research on relevant research directions of our research group 5) have the ability to identify problems, solve problems and communicate and coordinate Job responsibilities: 1) develop the research plan together with the leader of the research group, carry out the project research independently and publish high-level academic papers; 2) assist the research group in applying for funds, and actively apply for post-doctoral science foundation, national natural science foundation of China youth program and other national, provincial and municipal projects with the support of the research group as the principal; 3) assist the leader of the research group, guide doctoral students, graduate students and undergraduates; 4) assisted the construction and management of the research group. Salary during employment 1. Basic treatment: Postdoctoral appointment period is two years 1) postdoctoral annual salary of 335,000 yuan, including Guangdong subsidies of 150,000 RMB (before tax) and Shenzhen living subsidies of 60,000 RMB (after tax), and according to the relevant regulations of Shenzhen to participate in social insurance and housing provident fund. Postdoctoral welfare funds shall be paid according to the standards of faculty and staff in posts of the university; 2) excellent candidates can apply for excellent postdoctoral position with an annual salary of RMB 415,000. (Including subsidies from Guangdong and Shenzhen). 2. Benefits: 1) the research group provides excellent working environment and opportunities for cooperation and exchange at home and abroad. During the two years of postdoctoral study, the research group enjoys a total of 25,000 RMB academic exchange funds; 2) for postdoctoral students who meet the relevant policy requirements of the latest "rent and living subsidy for newly introduced talents in Shenzhen" and settle down in Shenzhen, they can help apply for a one-time rent and living subsidy of 30,000 RMB (tax-free, independent online application); 3) according to the specific scientific research performance of the postdoctoral, the research group can enjoy the corresponding scientific research performance award; 4) postdoctoral staff can choose to settle down in Shenzhen of their own will when they enter the station, and their spouses and minor children can move in with them. 5) the research group can assist qualified postdocs to apply for "Guangdong overseas young postdoctoral program". Career prospect: 1) for excellent post-doctoral students, I will actively recommend and assist them to apply for the position of research assistant professor at Southern University of Science and Technology; 2) post-doctoral students who choose to stay in Shenzhen for scientific research work and sign a labor contract with enterprises and institutions in this municipality for more than 3 years (employment) may apply for Shenzhen post-doctoral students to stay in Shenzhen for scientific research support. The Shenzhen municipal government grants 100,000 RMB per person per year for scientific research for a total of 3 years. 3) according to the conditions that oneself accord with, in the station or leave the station to stay deep postdoctoral can apply for "Shenzhen peacock plan class C talent" or "Shenzhen reserve level talent", enjoy 5 years of 1.6 million bonus allowance (duty-free) (with Shenzhen latest relevant talent declaration requirements).
