投稿IEEE WCL被拒了，心情郁悶，主要是博后面臨出站，急需最后一篇論文。所以求蟲友推薦個(gè)相同研究方向的三四區(qū)期刊，兩個(gè)月內(nèi)出結(jié)果的最好了，和IEEE WCL,CL一樣難度的就算了。編輯部分意見如下： Your paper may not be resubmitted for review. The reasons for this are as follows: The main reasons for this decision are as follows: the topic is timely and interesting. The proposed scheme seems to work well. However as pointed by the reviewers, there are many unclear technical points. Importantly, the paper lacks the contribution/novelty. It is an extension of [5], [6], and [9]. In addition, the assumption of perfect CSI knowledge at the APs and users is not interesting. |
