main accountabilities: 1.target molecule synthesis route design and process optimization can be done independently. 2.elaborate r&d project documentation (brief, objective and approach), so as to better define and communicate the project content in the most efficient manner. 3.produce experimental prototype and evaluate its characteristics. report, discuss the results, and make proposal for the way to follow to achieve the goal within the allowed timeframe. 4.continuously analyse technology trends, patents, markets and competitors to develop state-of-the-art innovative solutions. 5.evaluate new raw materials and discuss the results with the supplier, in order to understand the reasons of successes or failures, and thereby increase siegwerk know-how. 6.produce regular reporting documents with appropriate tools, to share the progress of the project in the most logical, clear and documented style. 7.participate to interface meetings with business units so as to share knowledge and experiences with other teams and departments inland and abroad. 8.ensure that professional laboratory practices are maintained, such as laboratory book, activity time records, appropriate level of housekeeping, and proper calibration state of the measuring equipment. 9.ensure that the security rules are applied in all circumstances, and are also applied by the subordinate staff if applicable. 10.participate to the industrialisation of the newly developed product in order to guarantee the quality consistency and the technology transfer to the final users. qualification: 1.master degree in chemistry science or polymer chemistry 2.good command of english both spoken and written 3.more than two years’ experience on resin and polymer synthesis, preferably in ink, coating and adhesive industry 4.ability to provide innovation solution for the team. 5.good coordination and interpersonal skills 郵箱:2243823423@qq.com |
