[交流] Opening for PhD students at City University of Hong Kong

We are now having opening for PhD students from a variety of backgrounds (mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, chemistry, biology). Candidates with cell culture, nanotechnology, or microfabrication will be highly preferred.
本課題組主力發(fā)展了高分子微球與磁微球與微流芯片的可視量化檢測(cè)。早期我們利用核酸連接微球?qū)е氯芤褐忻资仙⑸涞目梢暬兓ˋnalyst, 2015）。為了進(jìn)一步地放大訊號(hào)，本團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)用納米金粒強(qiáng)化微球連結(jié)，成功將核酸檢測(cè)提升到aM等級(jí)（ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, 2015, 中科院一區(qū)）。更重要的是，為了突破以往對(duì)光吸收譜的依賴，本團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展了毛細(xì)驅(qū)動(dòng)的微流芯片以驅(qū)定微球形成可視量化條帶（Lab on a Chip, 2017, 中科院一區(qū)）。后續(xù)，結(jié)合脫氧核酶的使用，此新型芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)了視覺(jué)量化自來(lái)水中鉛離子（ACS Sensor，2020，中科院一區(qū)）。最近，本團(tuán)隊(duì)利用微球壩的平臺(tái)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了視覺(jué)量化新冠病毒結(jié)合抗體的微芯片，且已在國(guó)際一流期刊發(fā)表，為本中和抗體的檢驗(yàn)奠定基礎(chǔ)（Science Advances， 2022，中科院一區(qū)）。相關(guān)論文如下:
