美國托馬斯杰弗遜大學(xué) (Thomas Jefferson University) Department of Medical Oncology劉凌志副教授擬招聘2名博士后, 1名研究助理和1-2名訪問學(xué)者，根據(jù)研究背景和經(jīng)歷給予相應(yīng)待遇。 Thomas Jefferson University位于費城，是美國東部最適于工作和生活的城市之一。 我們實驗室主要從事以下研究： 1) The role and mechanisms of epigenetic regulations (such as miRNAs, m6A RNA methylation and DNA methylation) and signaling transduction and signaling molecules（eg. Reactive oxygen species, HIF-1/PKM2）in carcinogenesis, angiogenesis, tumor development and chemo- and radio-resistance in lung cancer and breast cancer. 2) Mechanisms in metal (such as arsenic and chromium)-induced malignant transformation, carcinogenesis, tumor growth and angiogenesis. 3) Investigate mechanisms of radiation resistance, EGFR-TKIs and chemo-resistance in lung cancer and breast cancer using PDX model and gene knockout mouse models. 此外，我們還應(yīng)用腫瘤鑲嵌模型研究乳腺癌間質(zhì)細胞與腫瘤細胞相互作用對腫瘤進展和耐藥的影響及其機制。也將開展腫瘤免疫相關(guān)的研究。歡迎有較強分子生物學(xué)和免疫性背景的博士畢業(yè)生與我們聯(lián)系。 博士后要求：具有博士學(xué)位，有豐富的分子生物學(xué)背景和動物實驗技能。能獨立進行實驗設(shè)計、完成實驗及文章寫作。 研究助理要求：具有碩士學(xué)位，有一定的分子生物學(xué)背景和動物實驗技能。工作一年后表現(xiàn)突出者如果英語能符合學(xué)校博士生入學(xué)最低要求，可以推薦攻讀博士學(xué)位。 訪問學(xué)者要求：最好是從事生命科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究的科研人員。如果是臨床醫(yī)生，需要已經(jīng)掌握最基本的分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)如RT-PCR、Western blotting、 Immunohistochemiscal staining等，能在美國從事研究至少1年，最好能夠2年。如果國內(nèi)國家基金資助或單位資助1年，我們將根據(jù)申請人的背景和經(jīng)歷給予一定補助。 我們有充分的資金保障實驗的進行（啟動資金和NIH funding)。 我們發(fā)表的文章 如Cancer Res. 2008,68(19):8183-8; Cancer Res. 2007, 67(13):6325-32; EMBO Rep. 2012,13(12):1116-22. 具體請見：https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=liu+ling-zhi 請申請者將英文簡歷、2-3個推薦人的聯(lián)系方式（email和電話）發(fā)送至：ling-zhi.liu@jefferson.edu 和lingzhi.liu2003@yahoo.com。謝謝大家。 |
