新加坡國立大學(xué)招募納米醫(yī)學(xué)/藥物遞送方面的博士后 We are looking for a highly motivated Research Fellow candidate to join Prof Jiong-Wei Wang's (https://medicine.nus.edu.sg/researchers/wang-jiongwei/) research programs aiming at developing new diagnostic and therapies for metabolic disease in the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at National University of Singapore. Fatty liver disease is very common and strongly associated with the increase of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, and cardiovascular disease remains the top killer worldwide. However, the efficacious therapies are surprisingly limited. The candidate is expected to work independently in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment, perform drug formulations, various in vitro and in vivo (small animals) experiments. Apart from own projects, the candidate shall supervise junior staff and students, and provide support to the research group, as delegated by the PI. The appointment is on a 1- or 2-year contract base in the first instance, with a possibility of extension. Qualifications The applicant should have: (a) A PhD degree in pharmaceutics, pharmacology, chemistry, or biomedical research; preferably with experience in drug delivery, immunology and animal studies. (b) An excellent publication record in drug delivery or nanomedicine. (c) Team player with an investigative nature and attention to details. Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. The candidate is eligible for 28 days annual leave and staff welfare including medical insurance.
