上面的帖子 （http://m.gaoyang168.com/t-5164502-1）被刪，下面是我當(dāng)年保存的該帖子的內(nèi)容， 希望對你有用： “好多人短信問過我在寫綜述過程中引用他人圖片的版權(quán)問題，這里就開個帖子和大家共享下我的經(jīng)驗。 先說一下我的經(jīng)驗，在progress in polymer science上發(fā)表過兩篇，progress in material science上發(fā)表過一篇。最近剛完成了一個書稿的一個章節(jié)。 首先說一下，寫綜述，包括書稿，一般情況下一篇文章引用不超過3個圖片的情況下大都不收費(fèi)（一個figure中的a,b,c等只算一個）。當(dāng)然我也遇到過例外的。 和一個德國教授交流的時候，他說，一般情況下這些雜志是非常歡迎你引用他們圖片的，所以大都不收費(fèi)的。收費(fèi)的情況不是沒有，很少見。遇到這種情況，大家一般都避開這些圖片了。 現(xiàn)在很多雜志社都和Rightslink (https://www.copyright.com/manageAccount.action) 有合作，可以通過他們直接搞到版權(quán)，很方便。Science, nature, ACS, Weliy, Elsevier, AIP, RSC, Springer都是可以通過他搞到版權(quán)。這個網(wǎng)站需要注冊，注冊是免費(fèi)的。一個小tip,登錄進(jìn)去的時候選擇保留登錄信息，下次你再要其他版權(quán)的時候，直接跳到你的賬戶，非常方便。APS, IOP, PNAS等需要聯(lián)系雜志社要版權(quán)，根據(jù)它們具體的要求提供詳盡的信息。下面是APS要求提供的信息，一般都差不多。建議看各個雜志的具體要求，比如PNAS的情況就比較復(fù)雜。 To request permission to republish APS-copyrighted material, please provide the following information: Title of journal Title of article Name of author Volume number, page number (or article identifier), year Indicate if you are requesting to republish in print, online, CD-ROM, and/or other format Indicate if you wish to republish all or portion of article; if a portion describe the specific material, e.g., figure numbers, excerpt Indicate how the material will be used, e.g., in a book, journal, proceeding, thesis, etc. Indicate the title of the article/thesis/chapter etc., and the name of the publication in which your work will appear Indicate the name of the publisher Indicate whether or not a fee will be charged for the publication 下面說一下具體的步驟： 比如說引用ACS上的文章，進(jìn)入你需要引用文章的頁面，在頁面上找到“rights & permissions”,點擊進(jìn)去，按部就班的填好就是了。ACS比較爽快，直接跳到一個頁面說你用吧。一般我都把這個頁面保存下來了。 其他有些雜志如Wiley還需要你填寫綜述的大體信息，包括大約什么時候出版，大約印多少啊什么的，給個大概數(shù)字就行。 各個出版社設(shè)置的選項略有不同，你可以選擇合適的選項，點擊下面的quick price,看看要付多少錢。是0就對了。如果試了可能的選項，但還是需要付錢的時候，建議聯(lián)系該雜志。 這兩天有朋友問我關(guān)于會議論文的版權(quán)問題，覺得還是挺典型的，就拿他的例子上來說一下。 比如這篇文章https://proceedings.spiedigitalli ... px?articleid=891506 頁面上貌似沒有rights & permissions那一項，但是你把頁面拉到最下方，就會看到Information for Authors一欄, 其中一項是Reprint Permissions，點擊進(jìn)去就看到他具體的要求了。很明顯不能通過Rightslink獲得版權(quán)，需要聯(lián)系他們，提供他們所需要的具體信息。 If you are seeking permission to use previously published material, please contact reprint_permission@spie.org. In your e-mail, please include the following information: Title and author Volume, issue, and page numbers What you would like to reproduce Where you will republish the requested material. 再有一個例子 https://www.opticsinfobase.org/ol/abstract.cfm?uri=ol-36-14-2635 在頁面左側(cè)有author那一欄，下拉菜單里有copyright一欄。點擊進(jìn)去會找到如下內(nèi)容: Permissions For OSA to consider a copyright permission request we require in writing by fax, mail, or e-mail: A complete citation of the item to be reproduced, including figure numbers, etc., A clear explanation of the intended use of the item, and the requestor's complete contact information. Please direct further questions regarding copyright to copyright@osa.org. 概括來說，找到給author指導(dǎo)意見的那一欄，基本就能找到copyright的具體要求。 在初次投稿的時候，是不需要提交版權(quán)的。 一般是在審稿后，編輯決定接受，或者認(rèn)為修改后就可以接受的時候會要求你提供版權(quán)文件�！� |
