28號投稿，昨天進(jìn)入peer review，沒想到今天Topical Editor來信直接拒了。 After editorial review, I have determined that I cannot accept your paper for publication in Optics Letters. I carefully read your manuscript and found it most interesting. It definitely deserves publication however, not in Opt. Lett. but rather in a full-length-article journal, for at least two essential reasons: 1.XXXXXX 2.XXXXXX Thoroughly addressing the above two points in a rewritten, expanded version of your manuscript will make it fully suitable for a journal like Opt. Express or Appl. Opt. A paper is acceptable for publication in Optics Letters only if there is convincing evidence that, in addition to being correct technically, it also adds a new and impactful result to the field of optics that requires rapid publication. I have found that your paper does not meet this criterion. I regret that it is not possible to send you a more favorable report on this manuscript, and I hope that you will continue to consider Optics Letters for future submissions. Topical Editor耗費了不少筆墨給出兩條理由，基本是一些實驗過程沒描述、必要的性能參數(shù)沒有給出，以及相較于傳統(tǒng)方式論文所提方法的優(yōu)勢沒有很好的描述。大家覺得根據(jù)編輯的回信內(nèi)容，擴(kuò)展改寫后重投OE有戲嗎？ |
