The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Department of Building and Real Estate Post Specification: Postdoctoral Fellow Duties The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Integrating BIM with robotics to enhance the automation in 3D concrete printing”. Major responsibility involves conducting laboratory tests and writing scientific papers; additionally, the appointee will assist the PI in writing research proposals and supervising students. Qualifications Application for the Postdoctoral Fellow post should have a doctoral degree or equivalent in computing, mechanical, civil, and manufacturing engineering with a strong background in the fields of building information modelling, robotics control, and computational design. He/She should also possess track record of publications and/or professional activities in the field. Successful candidates will work with Dr Weng and will have the opportunity to work with cutedging materials and technology and to work in an international, collaborative, supportive, and inclusive interdisciplinary research environment.
