細(xì)胞基因治療領(lǐng)域GMP科學(xué)家招聘 GMP Scientist Recruitment in the field of cell gene therapy 崗位職責(zé)： 1. 負(fù)責(zé)新的細(xì)胞和基因治療藥物的研發(fā) 2. 科學(xué)家職位，有GMP科研經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮 3.成人干細(xì)胞在GMP條件下的培養(yǎng)和擴(kuò)增 4. 細(xì)胞源性外泌體的研究與開發(fā); 5. 制定和構(gòu)建細(xì)胞醫(yī)學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序和療效評(píng)價(jià)體系; 6. 跟進(jìn)細(xì)胞治療、基因治療、外泌體分離等最新工程技術(shù)，形成技術(shù)評(píng)估報(bào)告，協(xié)助研發(fā)創(chuàng)新 Job Description： 1. Responsible for the research and development of new cell and gene therapy drugs 2. GMP experience is preferred for GMP Scientist position 3. Culture and expansion of human adult stem cell expansion under GMP conditions 4. Research and development of cell derived exosomes; 5. Develop and construct cell medical standard procedures and efficacy evaluation system; 6. Follow up the latest engineering technology of cell therapy, gene therapy and exosome isolation, form technology evaluation report, assist R&D and innovation 任職要求： 1. 扎實(shí)的細(xì)胞生物學(xué)，分子生物學(xué)，質(zhì)粒設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)，背景。本科及以上學(xué)歷。要求有GMP細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 2. 扎實(shí)的分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)，良好的無菌操作技能，GMP干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)，分子克隆，質(zhì)粒設(shè)計(jì)，電穿孔經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 3.良好的合作與溝通能力，有上進(jìn)心，原則上善于探索分子生物學(xué)和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)操作的關(guān)鍵步驟。 4. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，能使用英語作為工作語言者優(yōu)先。 5. 工作積極主動(dòng)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。 Job Requirements: 1. Solid knowledge of cell biology, molecular biology, plasmid design, background is required. Bachelor degree or above. GMP Scientist requires experience in GMP cell culture setting. 2. Solid molecular cell biological testing technology, good aseptic operation skills, experience in GMP stem cell culture, molecular cloning, plasmid design, electroporation. 3. Excellent cooperation and communication skills, self-motivated, good at exploring the key steps of molecular biology and cell culture operations in principle. 4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills， can use English as working language is preferred. 5.
