浙江大學(xué)毛崢偉教授招聘科研和編輯助理
|
招聘崗位： 科研助理和Acta Biomaterialia編輯助理（各50%的工作量） 招聘條件及要求： 1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，理工醫(yī)藥類專業(yè)背景；經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)科研訓(xùn)練。 2、英語(yǔ)六級(jí)以上；良好的中英文書面寫作能力，能用英文郵件溝通。 工作內(nèi)容： 1、協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)人與團(tuán)隊(duì)開展科研以及實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理需要的工作。 2. 協(xié)助毛崢偉教授完成Acta Biomaterialia期刊的審稿工作，如聯(lián)系審稿人、整理審稿意見(jiàn)、與審稿人和作者進(jìn)行日常溝通等。 崗位待遇： 試用期考察合格后，根據(jù)浙江大學(xué)和Elsevier雜志社的相關(guān)規(guī)定提供具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬待遇。首聘期為2年，能長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定工作者優(yōu)先考慮。 應(yīng)聘材料： 請(qǐng)將個(gè)人材料通過(guò)電子郵件發(fā)送至負(fù)責(zé)人郵箱：zwmao@zju.edu.cn。主題請(qǐng)注明“科研助理申請(qǐng) - 姓名”。 毛崢偉教授簡(jiǎn)介： 主要研究方向?yàn)榛诔肿幼饔脴?gòu)筑具有獨(dú)特微結(jié)構(gòu)和微環(huán)境響應(yīng)性能的高分子納米材料，用于調(diào)控藥物遞送行為，從而為重大疾病（如腫瘤、中樞神經(jīng)損傷等）的治療提供新方法。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年項(xiàng)目、科技部中葡國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目、浙江省杰出青年基金項(xiàng)目等。作為第一/共同通訊/通訊作者在Nat Comm, Sci Adv, Adv Mater等本領(lǐng)域頂級(jí)期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文100余篇，論文被他人正面引用5500余次，H因子為43。 目前擔(dān)任期刊Acta Biomaterialia編輯（納米藥物方向）。 Acta Biomaterialia期刊的編輯助理崗位需求： This position serves as an Editorial Assistant to Prof. Zhengwei Mao, editor of the peer-reviewed scientific journal Acta Biomaterialia. The emphasis of the journal is on the relationship between biomaterial structure and function at all length scales. The successful candidate will facilitate the peer review process for numerous manuscripts. This involves, but is not limited to, correctly recognizing key topics of each manuscript and identifying qualified potential reviewers. The incumbent will also communicate with preeminent international scientists who serve as editors, authors, and reviewers in coordination with the editorial and the publishing teams. While the incumbent may not be an expert in biomaterials specifically, s/he needs to have extensive knowledge and experience in science and be able to follow scientific arguments, as well as understand the hierarchy of scientific publishing, such as the role of the editor, reviewer, and so on. Based on the level and complexity of interactions with the external customer base, the incumbent must have at least a MS in an applicable discipline of science/engineering as well as first-hand experience with bench-top research and peer reviewed publishing. Serving as the predominant point of contact for an editor, the employee will need to tactfully utilize his/her technical skills, as well as diplomatic and interpersonal skills, to meet the operational and deadline-driven requirements of the journal with uncompromised high quality. As an administrator of the online review and notification system, the incumbent will assist in assuring that there is accurate and time-critical flow of assignments and correspondence regarding the operation of the journal. Attention to detail is an absolute necessity, as well as evident meticulous organizational skills. Must be able to use judgement to trouble-shoot and problem-solve. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with thorough knowledge of English grammar is required but this position does not include writing manuscripts or extensive copy-editing. The incumbent must be able to work independently, needs to prioritize tasks and meet mandatory deadlines on a regular and timely basis. Must be flexible, self-motivated, and versatile.
