Abstract: This book “Food Contamination” has described the different contaminants of food their impacts different safety measure and regulations that are adopted to keep the food safe. This volume includes 10 chapters that describe the introduction of food contaminants their impacts and safety measures classification of food contaminants microbiological contamination of food agrochemical role in food contamination environmental contaminants in food emerging contaminants of food foodborne diseases preservation of food the safety of food and feed and food protection and regulations.
