hi，有不止一個(gè)老師跟我吐槽過這點(diǎn)，網(wǎng)上也有很多教授寫的博客之類的告訴大家不要隨便改改就發(fā)很多人，因?yàn)橐幌伦邮盏綆资习俜膺@種郵件確實(shí)很讓人惱火，很多時(shí)候直接按spam處理了。 所以，單純個(gè)人認(rèn)為哈，對(duì)于沒有特定崗位的日常陶瓷，你想怎樣發(fā)都行，因?yàn)橐粋�(gè)老師不會(huì)同一天被很多人日常套磁，他還有可能摸魚的時(shí)候看你的郵件 但是，對(duì)于有發(fā)布崗位的，有寫明哪些要求和材料的，這些老師都是在認(rèn)真招人的，所以當(dāng)然期待申請(qǐng)者認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備投遞的材料 至于怎樣避免造成群發(fā)印象，網(wǎng)上應(yīng)該有很多經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享，比如說先讀讀相應(yīng)老師的論文，結(jié)合自己的工作和發(fā)布的崗位談?wù)動(dòng)惺裁聪敕ǎ嵋恍﹑roposal之類的 |
