In this position, You will be conducting research in data analytics. You will collaborate with Chinese Universities and part of your work is to scan the scientific progress in China in data science. - - Conduct research and technology development in the field of application specific data analytics - - Manage projects and support more junior colleagues - - Execute research projects with on-time completion and high-quality results - - Secure communication and networking with all related stakeholders - - Build long-term collaborations with local academic society - - Scan local science and technology progress in analytics and machines learning We Prefer: - - Ph.D. degree in data science with 3+ years working experience preferably with electric drives, EV chargers or alike - - Solid theoretical background in machine learning with publications in renowned transactions / journals. - - Mastering mathematical methods to - o Ingest and explore available data - o Plan further data collection - o Clean and prepare data - o Investigate and select available pre-trained models and training pipeline templates - o Develop initial analytics - o Variety of approaches available - No cookbook for selecting the best approach - o Deploy beta solution for initial results - o Develop visualization - - General programming skills in Microsoft Azure platform. (Databricks, Python, R, SQL etc.) - - Self-motivated, high curiosity and able to work under pressure. - - Team player with strong communication |
