香港理工大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院招博士后及RA（設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)或有生物醫(yī)療器械開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)）——有意者請(qǐng)盡快申請(qǐng) 崗位描述： 博士后/RA 崗位職責(zé)： 受聘人將協(xié)助項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行如下研究項(xiàng)目：“Prof. KP Lee, Alex Wong Siu Wah Gigi Wong Fook Chi Endowed Professorship in Product Design Engineering” 以及 “Establishing the Center of Design Intelligence for Healthcare, Wellbeing, & Aging (DIHWA) – a leading integrated design intelligence research cluster for aging, disability & chronic disease research”. (a)協(xié)助文獻(xiàn)審查; (b)協(xié)助收集數(shù)據(jù); (c)協(xié)助質(zhì)和量的數(shù)據(jù)分析; (d)協(xié)助擬訂籌資提案; (e)支助研究小組管理; (f)支助編制項(xiàng)目文件; (g)履行項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人或其代表指派的任何其他職責(zé)。 崗位要求： 申請(qǐng)博士后崗位的人員應(yīng)具有設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位(如設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)、交互設(shè)計(jì)、用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)計(jì)工程、創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)或產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì))或生物醫(yī)療器械開發(fā)方向(如康復(fù)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)或電子設(shè)備工程)或同等資格，并在申請(qǐng)時(shí)博士畢業(yè)不超過5年。 申請(qǐng)Research Associate崗位的人員應(yīng)具有上述學(xué)科的碩士學(xué)位或以上學(xué)歷，并有三年或三年以上的研究/相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 申請(qǐng)人還應(yīng)具備: (a)強(qiáng)大的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力; (b)良好的人際關(guān)系和溝通技巧; (c)良好的英語書寫和口語能力。 申請(qǐng)人可致電王教授，852-2766 5478或發(fā)送簡歷至電子郵件stephen.j.wang@polyu.edu.hk。 報(bào)酬：將提供極具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬福利。申請(qǐng)人可在求職信上注明現(xiàn)時(shí)及期望的薪金。 THE HONG KONG POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF DESIGN Post Specification Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Associate (Ref. 20063010) [Appointment period: twelve months initially, with possibility of further appointment] Duties The appointee will assist the project leader in the research projects - “Prof. KP Lee, Alex Wong Siu Wah Gigi Wong Fook Chi Endowed Professorship in Product Design Engineering” and “Establishing the Center of Design Intelligence for Healthcare, Wellbeing, & Aging (DIHWA) – a leading integrated design intelligence research cluster for aging, disability & chronic disease research”. He/She will be required to: (a) assist in literature review; (b) assist in data collection; (c) assist in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis; (d) assist in preparing funding proposals; (e) support in research team management; (f) support in preparing project documentation; and (g) perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his delegates. Qualifications Applicants for the Postdoctoral Fellow post should have a doctoral degree in Design (e.g. Interaction Design, UX Design, Design Engineering, Innovative Design or Product Design) or Biomedical Device Development (e.g. Rehabilitation, Machine Learning or Electronic Engineering) or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application. Applicants for the Research Associate post should have a master’s degree or a good honours degree in the said disciplines with three or more years of research/relevant work experience. Applicants should also have: (a) strong system design and data analytical skills; (b) good interpersonal and communication skills; and (c) a good command of both written and spoken English.
