錯誤本身就是硬件資源給的不夠高斯沒法繼續(xù)運算的意思。CCSD方法用到的內存和硬盤的量根本跟DFT不是一個數(shù)量級的 這么大的體系用win版 還是閹割的32位win版高斯絕對算不了。換成linux版高斯 給20核心以上 100GB內存 預留出一百G硬盤空間來差不多就可以算了。你目前用的版本最多可以支持使用1.5GB內存和16GB硬盤。差的太遠 況且這個任務根本也沒設置內存使用量 不設置的話高斯09w默認下是使用64MB內存 發(fā)自小木蟲IOS客戶端 |
