iScience悲�。簄ot a bad news though! 已有13人參與

如題。 審稿才2個(gè)星期多一點(diǎn)，真心快。雖然拒了，身經(jīng)百戰(zhàn)的老板卻說(shuō)應(yīng)該慶祝一下：“that is not bad at all, actually this is what i am expecting. ”... "come on, xxxx, this is a cell press journal after all, not as easy as you think" 看了審稿意見(jiàn)，雖然提問(wèn)較多，看得出審稿人還是很謹(jǐn)慎，沒(méi)讓我們做無(wú)厘頭的實(shí)驗(yàn)。加上導(dǎo)師的鼓勵(lì)，信心倍增！ 由于是拒稿，就不發(fā)金幣了。 dear xxxx, thank you for submission of your paper to iscience. i have now included the comments that reviewers made on your paper, which i hope you will find useful and constructive. as you will see, the overall view is that the study is potentially interesting, but the recommendation is against publication of the paper in iscience and we have therefore closed the submission. that said, the reviewers do make suggestions for further experiments and analyses that might guide the paper toward being a stronger candidate for the journal. if you are interested in pursuing further consideration of this work at iscience, you would first need to submit a point-by-point response that outlines how you might be able to address the reviewer concerns, and outlines how any corresponding results and/or edits would be incorporated into a revised manuscript. we would then assess the plan for revision, possibly in consultation with the reviewers. based on these considerations, we would either reactivate the manuscript file to enable resubmission, or reiterate our decision to reject the paper. also, we recently updated our reviewer questionnaire to help reviewers and authors get the most out of the peer review process. we would appreciate your feedback. please visit the survey here. i know that this outcome is disappointing, given the hard work that you and your colleagues have put into the paper. i hope that the reviewers' comments will be useful to you as you consider next steps, and i hope that you will consider iscience for future submissions as your interesting work progresses. sincerely, xxxxx xxxx xxxxx, ph.d. scientific editor, iscience reviewers' comments reviewer's responses to questions .... 經(jīng)過(guò)近三個(gè)星期的苦戰(zhàn)，終于取得新的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)完美回答審稿人的意見(jiàn)。牛鼻子老板信心滿滿，我們決定向iscience第二次沖擊！ 我向老板報(bào)告，iscience只有4.47分，人家根本不care：“it is a cell press journal; there is only one cell press in the world; impact factor is nothing under the name of cell” (最后一句話沒(méi)聽(tīng)清楚，大概就是這個(gè)意思)  [ last edited by 日不知夜黑 on 2020-7-20 at 00:11 ] 老板又苦心修改了10天，重寫了幾大段，論文已經(jīng)再投iscience，希望這次是個(gè)好結(jié)果！ 該好好度個(gè)假了，去哪兒呢？florida的beach是去不成了，las vegas好像也不太平。國(guó)內(nèi)很好玩可惜去不了，唉。。。 anyway, keep my fingers crossed! 冒昧問(wèn)一句，既然他對(duì)Cell Press這么看重，你怎么不投Cell Reports? Cell Reports也收生物物理方面的文章啊。 另外，個(gè)人認(rèn)為，投文章這種事不能全聽(tīng)老板的，你個(gè)人也應(yīng)該有一些主見(jiàn)，畢竟你老板已經(jīng)功成名就了，他可以不在乎文章投哪了，但你不能不在乎，因?yàn)槟銘?yīng)該是要找教職的（如果回國(guó)找教職的話尤其看重文章檔次）。但如果你已經(jīng)有不少大文章，比如PRL、PRX、Nature子刊啥的，這次只是想嘗試投資一下新期刊，那完全沒(méi)問(wèn)題。 |
