一、學(xué)校簡介 南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)創(chuàng)建于1951年,1979年被確定為全國重點(diǎn)大學(xué)。學(xué)校是廣東省高水平大學(xué)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)高校中唯一的醫(yī)學(xué)院校,全國首批、廣東省唯一一所“部委省”共建高校,全國首批開設(shè)八年制本碩博連讀臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的8所高校之一,全國首批卓越醫(yī)生教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃試點(diǎn)高校。 二、課題組及合作導(dǎo)師簡介 沈教授于2008年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院過程工程研究所,獲博士學(xué)位。畢業(yè)后,先后在日本群馬大學(xué)、澳大利亞阿德萊德大學(xué)、中國科學(xué)院寧波材料技術(shù)與工程研究所和美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院從事科研工作,2019年8月加入南方醫(yī)科大學(xué),擔(dān)任教授,建立納米醫(yī)學(xué)課題組。針對國家在腫瘤診斷與治療方面的戰(zhàn)略需求,沈教授長期致力于腫瘤納米診療學(xué)的研究,緊緊圍繞納米材料的設(shè)計(jì)、可控構(gòu)建及其有效調(diào)控開展工作,通過有機(jī)分子修飾無機(jī)納米材料,調(diào)控復(fù)合納米材料的物理性質(zhì)、化學(xué)性質(zhì)或微觀狀態(tài)變化,探索提高有機(jī)無機(jī)復(fù)合納米材料的水相穩(wěn)定性、生物相容性、腫瘤靶向性、以及實(shí)現(xiàn)腫瘤診斷與治療的有效途徑,取得了一系列研究成果;谶@些成果,沈教授已發(fā)表SCI論文80余篇,其中,以第一或通訊作者在Nat. Commun. (1篇), Chem. Soc. Rev. (1篇), Adv. Mater.
