| 摘要：農(nóng)業(yè)科研副產(chǎn)品具有質(zhì)量及數(shù)量的不確定性，目前國家沒有明確的界定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和管理制度，各地農(nóng)業(yè)科研院所管理制度不統(tǒng)一。本文以XX為例，介紹了當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)科研單位科研副產(chǎn)品管理的現(xiàn)狀，分析了科研副產(chǎn)品處置存在的問題，剖析了造成科研副產(chǎn)品處置管理不規(guī)范的原因，并提出了加強(qiáng)科研副產(chǎn)品管理的對策建議。 |

Absrtact: Quality and quantity of by-products of agricultural scientific research (ASR) are difficult to determine. At present, there is no clear definition standard and management system in our country, and management system varies from different regions. Herein, taking XX as an example, current situation of scientific research by-products management was introduced, existing problems of ASR product disposition was analyzed. Besides, reasons for irregularities among disposal management of ASR by-products were analysed, and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the management of ASR by-products. 滿意請采納 |

| Abstract: the quality and quantity of by-products of agricultural scientific research are uncertain. At present, there is no clear definition standard and management system in China, and the management system of agricultural scientific research institutes is not uniform. Taking XX as an example, this paper introduces the current situation of by-product management of scientific research in agricultural research institutions, analyzes the existing problems in the disposal of by-product of scientific research, analyzes the causes of non-standard disposal management of by-product of scientific research, and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for strengthening the management of by-product of scientific research. |
