覺得你的論文質(zhì)量的不僅僅是論文本身的內(nèi)容，還有很多其他的因素，其中，論文投稿回復(fù)信就很重要。 如果你覺得回復(fù)很難，絞盡腦子想不到怎么樣寫才合適，那就套用模板，還能節(jié)約很多時(shí)間，提高你的效率。 下面是我找到的論文投稿回復(fù)信模板，里面有： 一、最初投稿Cover letter 二、催信稿 三、修改稿 四、修改稿回答審稿人的意見（最重要的部分） 五、詢問校稿信件（如果文章接受后時(shí)間較長） 六、文章校稿信件等的回復(fù)信模板 。。。。 舉例最初投稿Cover letter的模板： Dear Editors: We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled “Paper Title”, which we wish to be considered for publication in “Journal Name”. No conflict of interest exits in the submission of this manuscript, and manuscript is approved by all authors for publication. I would like to declare on behalf of my co-authors that the work described was original research that has not been published previously, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere, in whole or in part. All the authors listed have approved the manuscript that is enclosed. In this work, we evaluated …… (簡(jiǎn)要介紹一下論文的創(chuàng)新性). I hope this paper is suitable for “Journal Name”.
