工作地點：上海 公司總部：based in new jersey (us reflow oven manufacturer) 必須有設計熱處理設備的經(jīng)驗 （新畢業(yè)沒有經(jīng)驗的暫時不考慮，謝謝） 如符合如下要求請將簡歷寄到： [email] lulu_ycai@hotmail.com[/email]  mechanical design engineer job summary: the mechanical design engineer will play a critical role in the mechanical design of thermal process equipment for electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. the successful candidate must excel in a high-energy team environment and be capable of making sound decisions when faced with the time pressures, ambiguous, and incomplete information. he/she must be capable of producing rapid-response, mistake free cad/solidworks models as well as 2d and assembly drawings for all heller industries products. duties and responsibilities: this position will involve mechanical design of thermal processing, capital equipment including the selection of components when warranted. the successful candidate must have the ability to work with cross-functional development teams as well as on independent projects. more specifically, he/she should be able to： create functional mechanical designs within the criteria and time frame as communicated by engineering manager. generate new and creative approaches to solving problems centered on performance, reliability, supportability, usability, and cost effectiveness. take calculated risks when developing solutions so as to controllably push the limits of mechanical design as it relates to product delivery. support manufacturing with design, fabrication, and assembly improvements. develop 3d cad/solidworks models for new designs followed up with 2d and assembly drawings for release to manufacturing. review and certify all 2d and assembly drawings for final release to manufacturing. research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs. study industrial processes to determine where and how application of equipment can be made support and work closely with sales and service teams for customer demands. gather and analyze the customer’s feedback for continuous improvement proposals. qualifications: experience with solidworks (or equivalent) is essential. thorough understanding of mechanical design including gd&t, structural, and thermal analysis must have a good understanding of machining and fabrication as it relates to mechanical design. well versed in the mechanical designs with sheet metal for structural and cosmetic applications ability to travel to domestically and internationally (up to 25% of time). education and experience: bachelors degree or higher in mechanical engineering required. 5+ years relevant industrial experience required. new college graduates lacking appropriate mechanical design experience will not be considered for this position. knowledge of thermal systems and related heat transfer applications is a plus. proficiency with 3d/2d design tools, such as solidworks (or autocad) is required. prior experience with vacuum processing and equipment is highly desirable. mechanical aptitude skills including proven mechanical design experience must be demonstrated.
