gaussian-amber 聯(lián)用問題

按照gaussian-amber 聯(lián)用教程進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,教程如下,前面都很順利,最后一步計(jì)算也輸出了文件,但是很快就輸出了,最后看了一下輸出文件amber-g09-min.out,發(fā)現(xiàn)gaussian軟件沒有啟動(dòng),不知道什么原因,gaussian單獨(dú)計(jì)算可以順利完成,但是在sander下就計(jì)算不了,不知道為什么gaussian啟動(dòng)不了? $ tleap -s -f leaprc.ff12SB -I: Adding /apps/amber/12/dat/leap/prep to search path. -I: Adding /apps/amber/12/dat/leap/lib to search path. -I: Adding /apps/amber/12/dat/leap/parm to search path. -I: Adding /apps/amber/12/dat/leap/cmd to search path. -s: Ignoring startup file: leaprc -f: Source leaprc.ff12SB.
