內(nèi)布拉斯加大學(xué)林肯分校環(huán)境工程系Xu Li教授正在招收一名全獎博士生，于2025年春季入學(xué)。你將從事關(guān)于One Health方法應(yīng)用于環(huán)境抗生素抗性基因的相關(guān)研究。要求至少應(yīng)該具備環(huán)境工程、化學(xué)工程等專業(yè)的本科學(xué)位，有基本的使用英語交流和讀寫能力，若有分子生物學(xué)背景（如qPCR，下一代測序等）更好，但非必需。組內(nèi)氣氛和諧，李老師人非常好，特別尊重學(xué)生的想法。有意向的同學(xué)請直接聯(lián)系李老師（xuli@unl.edu），并附帶上相關(guān)材料（見下文詳細(xì)介紹）。內(nèi)布拉斯加大學(xué)林肯分校是內(nèi)布拉斯加州公立旗艦大學(xué)，建于1869年。林肯位于內(nèi)布拉斯加州東南部，城市很小但環(huán)境優(yōu)美，人口大約為30萬。歡迎大家聯(lián)系咨詢。謝謝！ PhD Position – One Health Approach to Address Antimicrobial Resistance Dr. Xu Li’s lab in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking a doctoral student to start in Spring 2025. Dr. Li’s research revolves around microbes critical to environmental quality and public health. By working at the interface of environmental engineering and applied microbiology, his research group aims to advance knowledge on microbial communities relevant to contaminant biotransformation, resource recovery, and antimicrobial resistance. The doctoral student will work on a research project that aims to study the role of the environmental component of the One Health approach in addressing antimicrobial resistance. The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s and/or a master’s degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a closely related field; strong academic records; excellent English communication skills; and high self-motivation. Experiences with molecular biology techniques (e.g., quantitative PCR and next generation sequencing) and bioinformatics are desirable, but not required.
