以下是意見：除了格式還有說(shuō)論文比較臃腫。大家看看還有戲嘛 I have examined your paper and some clarification are needed on the presentation in order to understand the science before it can be reviewed. The manuscript is not very concise and could be shortened. Please check the legends on the figures and/or tables for completeness, such as if values are means, SD or SE, n = replicates, and also the details and explanations of any statistical labels. There can be six illustrations in the main paper and six in the supplement, so please decide what is most important to show. Please draw routine figures in black and white, use colour only where necessary for heat maps, histology, complex diagrams, etc. Place figures and tables at the end of the manuscript, not embedded in the main text. Please be selective but representative with referencing and with no more than 40-45 citations for a regular paper. Please amend and return a clean copy of the manuscript for peer review.
