本人最近收到一封來(lái)自編輯的郵件，讓重新提交論文。想請(qǐng)問(wèn)一下，重新提交論文需要OA嗎，之前沒(méi)點(diǎn)OA，這個(gè)期刊是否OA與錄用關(guān)系大嗎？郵件內(nèi)容如下，We have received your manuscript for consideration for publication. Prior to sending it out for independent review, we examine all manuscripts for presentation quality. This preliminary examination finds that the format of this manuscript does not meet the standards of Acta Materialia. The following issues marked with an (X) need to be improved before we can continue the review process for your paper: (X) The text should be in single-column format; please revise the layout of your manuscript to meet the format requirements of the journal.
