審稿人同意接收，編輯直接給拒了 已有1人參與

編輯拒稿一般很難推翻，他不會(huì)自己打自己臉，我遇到過(guò)這情況，申訴沒(méi)啥用。我也遇到過(guò)審稿人之一要拒稿，但是編輯給修改意見(jiàn)的情況 發(fā)自小木蟲(chóng)Android客戶端 |
